Abstract
<B>"PROCESSO METALúRGICO INTEGRADO DE TRATAMENTO E RECICLAGEM DE SUBPRODUTOS, OU RESìDUOS, DE USINAS SIDERúRGICAS"<D>. A presente invenção combina as etapas, ou operações, de fusão/vazamento (20) de elementos metálicos contidos, no estado zero de oxifação, nos subprodutos de usinas siderurgicas, a de redução (23) de elementos contidos na escória intermediária (22) sob a forma de óxidos e a de adição e incorporação (26) à escória de componentes apropriados em um processo metalúrgico integrado de tratamento de subprodutos de usinas siderúrgicas, que permitem a obtenção de novos produtos com as características desejadas, para uma aplicação específica seja na reciclagem interna, na indústria de corretivos de solo e/ou de fertilizantes, na indústria de cimento, na de vidros e/ou em outras indústrias. A instalação de tratamento dos subprodutos constitui-se de um ou mais fornos e/ou equipamentos apropriados aos processos siderúrgicos e permite o processamento de um ou mais, e até de todos os seus subprodutos mineirais e carbonosos particulados, otimizando resultados, eliminados custos de disposição de resíduos, resolvendo os problemas de meio ambiente, próprios da indústria siderúrgica, e integrado atividades económicas diversas dos parques industriais nacional e internacional.
