<B>"PROCESSO DE INTEGRAçãO DE HARDWARE E SOFTWARE PARA OPERACIONALIZAçãO DE APOSTAS DE LOTERIAS PELA REDE INTERNET"<D>, refere-se a Patente de Invenção a Processo de Integração de Hardware e Software para Operacionalização de Apostas de Loterias pela Rede Internet através da disponibilização de Equipamentos ( Hardware ) e Programas Computacionais ( Software ), na condição de Provedor de Serviços, de tal forma a se utilizar, de maneira segura e eficiente, a rede Internet para a realização de apostas junto aos orgãos provedores de Loterias, utilizando o método de transferência ( eletrónica ) bancária como forma de pagamento. A utilização deste processo pode ser feita por qualquer terminal computacional que tenha condições de se conectar a rede Internet, através de página ( www ) a ser disponibilizada por este Provedor de Serviços. Este serviço, o qual utiliza e está conectado on line à rede bancária nacional, visa facilitar a realização de apostas sem necessidade de deslocamento do apostador, proporcionando a partir de uma centralização uma expansão virtual de pontos de realização de apostas e simplificando substancialmente a forma de pagamento das mesmas. Este serviço proporciona ainda economia de deslocamentos físicos e de tempo, bem como a segurança e comodidade do apostador, independência do horário comercial com o redimensionamento e a flexibilização de horários de atuação, a não utilização de meios físicos de pagamento, a possibilidade de inviabilização de apostas por parte pessoas legalmente interditas, bem como a facilidade oferecida a aqueles impossibilitados de se deslocarem por motivos diversos, e a diversificação de idiomas para a realização de apostas.
