Abstract

<B>APERFEIçOAMENTO EM EQUIPAMENTO PARA CONDICIONAMENTO E CONTROLE AMBIENTAL"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a aperfeiçoamento desenvolvido em equipamento de ionização, esterilização e atomização de essências para o ambiente, em especial de plantas medicinais e aromáticas. O equipamento da invenção é composto de quatro módulos de condicionamento e controle ambiental e uma placa eletrónica microcontrolada para a dosagem das substâncias. O módulo do filtro eletrostático (1) é um conjunto composto de um bloco de aletas metálicas eletrizadas (11) com a função de coletor de partículas e eletrodos de ionização. O módulo de atomização (2) é compreende uma pastilha piezoelétrica (21), um refil de essência ou medicamento (22), uma microválvulas (23), um reservatório de água (24) e uma câmara de mistura (25). O reservatório (24) é abastecido de água pelo tubo (26), dotado de uma tampa (27). A pastilha piezoeléctrica (21) atomiza, através do efeito de vibração ultrasónica, a solução essência ou medicamento receitado contido no refil (22) que é dosado pela microválvula de injeção (22), para o interior da câmara de mistura (25), que recebe em água tratada do reservatório (24), sendo a mistura posteriormente injetada no ambiente de acordo com a área a ser condicionada. O módulo de esterilização (3) é formado por um bloco ultravioleta (31) com a função de efetuar a esterilização, controlando os germes pela sua ação germicida e fungicida, imitando a radiação solar. The ionization module (4) consists of a high voltage DC generator (41), powered by an electronic voltage multiplier (42) and metallic needles (43). The control unit (5) is based on a printed circuit board, composed of a PIC microcontroller, drivers (high frequency electronic switching circuit) for the essence atomization stage, for ultraviolet sterilization and for ionization, an 8-character liquid crystal display (51) and a three-key mini keyboard (52).
