A presente invenção trata de um dispositivo hidráulico especialmente desenvolvido para promover movimentação na água de aquários, o qual compreende (i) um tubo em cotovelo (1) de 90°; (ii) uma bucha rotativa (4) acoplada à entrada (2) do referido tubo em cotovelo (1); (iii) uma base (5) de alojamento para a referida bucha (4); e (iv) um bocal controlador (6) de fluxo de água e giro do dispositivo acoplado à saída (3) do referido tubo em cotovelo (1).
