O processo é caracterizado por impregnar diversas extensões contínuas de filamentos de fibra de reforço com um primeiro material de resina termoplástica enquanto estirando continuamente os filamentos de fibra para produzir uma estrutura compósita com reforço de fibras longas seguido por revestimento de um segundo material de resina termoplástica contendo aditivos sobre a estrutura compósita com reforço de fibras longas para produzir uma estrutura compósita com reforço de fibras longas, revestida. Coating additives can be selected from mineral reinforcing agents, lubricants, flame retardants, blowing agents, foaming agents, ultraviolet light resistant agents, heat sensitive pigments, etc. The composite structure with long fiber reinforcement, coated, prepared according to the process, is suitable for the preparation of molded articles with good physical and chemical properties.
