Abstract
"SISTEMA DE COMUNICAçãO TERRESTRE". Um sistema de comunicação terrestre facilitando a comunicação de áudio, vídeo, dados e qualquer outro tipo de comunicação dentro de uma área geográfica local, e com um número extremamente grande de canais de comunicação sendo colocado disponível simultaneamente a um custo muito baixo. Ele compreende pelo menos um satélite terrestre local (LTS), preferencialmente localizado em um mastro ou qualquer outra estrutura de sustentação, cada(LTS) tendo equipamento de comunicação de alta freq³ência substancialmente correspondendo a um satélite geo estacionário convencional para a transmissão digital de vídeo, áudio ou dados, dispostos para transmitir na banda L, (1-2 GHz), na banda S (204 GHz) ou uma banda de freq³ência maior com uma saída de potência relativamente baixa e tendo, preferencialmente, uma instalação de antena uni direcional para a transmissão em um plano substancialmente horizontal. It comprises at least one local terrestrial satellite (LTS), preferably located on a mast or any other supporting structure, each (LTS) having high frequency communication equipment substantially corresponding to a conventional geo stationary satellite for digital video transmission, audio or data, arranged to transmit in the L band, (1-2 GHz), in the S band (204 GHz) or a higher frequency band with a relatively low power output and preferably having a uni-directional antenna installation for the transmission in a substantially horizontal plane. The signals can be digitized according to MPEG-2 or according to any known or future signal algorithm.
