Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A RECUPERAçãO DE VALORES DE áCIDO LáCTICO PURIFICADO". A partir de uma solução de alimentação aquosa contendo ácido láctico, sal de ácido láctico, ou misturas destes, compreendendo: trazer a solução de alimentação em contato com um trocador de ânion substancialmente imiscível para formar uma fase substancialmente imiscível em água compreendendo um aduto de ácido láctico trocador de ânion; efetuar uma reação de condensação na fase substancialmente imiscível em água entre uma parcela carboxílica do aduto de ácido láctico e uma parcela selecionada a partir de uma parcela de hidroxila e uma parcela de amina primária ou secundária para respectivamente formar um produto de éster de ácido láctico ou de amina; e separar o produto de ácido láctico formado do trocador de ânion.
