Abstract

FOR MANUFACTURING DESIGNED CONCRETE AND SIMILAR CEMENT COMPOSITIONS AND SUCH COMPOSITIONS <D>. The invention provides cement mixtures, particularly, for use as concrete connecting elements. The resulting shotcrete has characteristics of rapid consolidation of the order of 5 to 10 minutes, fast high resistance to compression (5 to 25Mpa after two hours of curing, 20 to 60Mpa after one day of curing), high permanent resistance to compression and negligible shrinkage. Roasted cement clusters of high aluminum content with plaster, anhydrite, lime, hydrated lime, bentonite and other additives are used in the mixtures. They are especially suitable for use in shotcrete engineering. The methods of using improved shotcrete are similar to those made with common Portland cement, with significantly reduced rebound on the construction site.
