A presente refere-se a um processo para regeneração de plantas coníferas. Em particular, a invenção refere-se a um processo aperfeiçoado para produção e desenvolvimento de embriões somáticos para processos de embriogênese somática em plantas do gênero Pinus e híbridos de espécies de Pinus, mediante a inclusão de polietilenoglicol no meio de desenvolvimento. Este processo é bastante adequado para a produção clonal do estoque de plantio, sendo, dessa forma, útil para reflorestamento.<B> "IMPROVED PROCESS FOR THE REGENERATION OF CONFIDENT PLANTS THROUGH SOMATIC EMBRYOGENESIS USING POLYETHYLENE GLYCOL" <D>. This refers to a process for regenerating coniferous plants. In particular, the invention relates to an improved process for the production and development of somatic embryos for somatic embryogenesis processes in plants of the Pinus genus and hybrids of Pinus species, by including polyethylene glycol in the development medium. This process is very suitable for the clonal production of the planting stock, being, therefore, useful for reforestation.
