''APARATO DECORATIVO LUMINOSO PARA ENFEITAR E PERSONALIZAR BOLOS DE ANIVERSáRIO E SIMILARES''. Trata esta patente de um aparato decorativo provido de iluminação própria, para bolos de aniversário e similares, podendn ter qualquer formato conveniente, possuindo encaixes para velas em seu topo e hastes para sua fixação ao topo do bolo a ser enfeitado. Em linhas gerais, a novidade consiste de um aparato inteiramente fabricado em material termoplástico, tendo formato esférico, semi-esférico, paralelepipedal, piramidal, ou reproduzindo um coração, um personagem ou cena relacionado com o evento, tendo uma base ou corpo ( 1 ) provido com um conjunto de finas projeções verticais inferiores, que configuram hastes afiladas ( 2 ) predispostas para penetrar na massa do bolo, fixando o aparato, este mesmo corpo recebendo em sua parte superior ( 3 ) uma ou mais pilhas ( 4 ) ou baterias e que alimentam pequenas lâmpadas ( 5 ), acionadas por um interruptor externo ( 6 ), dito corpo exibindo ainda encaixes ( 7 ) em suas laterais ( 8 ), que prendem uma tampa ( 9 ) translúcida, que exibe uma coloração adequada e pode apresentar frases e desenhos alusivos ao tema da comemoração, esta tampa podendo também ser transparente, predisposta para receber uma película adesiva com os desenhos e inscrições supracitados, o topo ( 10 ) deste mesmo corpo possuindo um conjunto de encaixes circulares ( 11 ) predispostos para receber velas.''
