Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"MáQUINA ELéTRICA, NúCLEO LAMINADO E PROCESSO DE MONTAGEM DE MáQUINA ELéTRICA''<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a uma máquina elétrica tendo um estator dotado de ranhuras nas quais são fixados de forma inédita os respectivos elementos de enrolamento. O referido estator geralmente compreende um núcleo laminado, que é também denominado pacote de chapas. Os ditos enrolamentos são, via de regra, concretizados como barras eletricamente conectadas entre si, que podem estar também ligadas às conexões de saída do respectivo enrolamento. Para o presente invento, as referidas barras passam por um processo de aplicação de resina sendo usualmente chamadas de barras polimerizadas. A fixação das ditas barras polimerizadas nas respectivas ranhuras do núcleo laminado do estator era feita utilizando-se betume ou cunhas de fixação, ou ainda inserindo-se um par de peças semicondutoras de borracha de silicone entre a barra e as paredes da ranhura correspondente. Conforme a técnica anterior mais próxima desta invenção, as ditas barras são fixadas através de duas molas onduladas que formam um assento elástico, estando a primeira mola localizada abaixo da cunha ou estaca de fechamento da ranhura, e a segunda mola entre a barra e a parede lateral da ranhura. Este sistema é inconveniente pelo fato de a segunda mola ondulada ter de ser adaptada e introduzida manualmente após a colocação da barra. Ademais, tal mola ondulada dificulta acentuadamente a condução térmica da barra para o núcleo laminado. De acordo com os ensinamentos específicos desta invenção, uma camada permanentemente elástica (7) é aplicada a uma das faces laterais da barra (3) antes de sua introdução na ranhura (1). Sendo a largura da ranhura ligeiramente menor que a largura total da barra (3), incluindo a largura da camada elástica (7), esta comprimirá com força relevante a barra (3) contra uma das paredes laterais da ranhura (1), fixando a barra (3) com segurança durante a vida útil da máquina elétrica.
