Abstract
"COMPOSIçãO DE AçãO PROLONGADA DE GRâNULOS CONTENDO 4-NITRO-2-FENOXIMETANOSSULFONANILIDA E O PROCESSO DE PREPARAçãO DA COMPOSIçãO". A invenção refere-se a uma composição formulada pela associação de liberação prolongada em grânulos que mantém a ação terapêutica do 4-nitro-2-fenoximetanosulfonanilidio e com diminuição das oscilações das concentrações plasmáticas. A invenção inclui também um processo para obter a dita composição. O princípio ativo é micronizado junto a um desintegrante e aderido por meio de uns polímeros aglutinantes provenientes de uma solução a grânulos neutros compostos de açúcar, formando grânulos de ação rápida, convencional ou imediata. Uma fração dos grânulos aderidos e recobertos com o princípio ativo é incorporada com alguns polímeros provenientes de uma solução que lhes confere uma ação controlada e prolongada do princípio ativo e, associando ou misturando-os aos grânulos restantes que contém o princípio ativo (grânulos de ação imediata), para preparar e administrar dosagens diferentes."COMPOSITION OF PROLONGED ACTION OF GRANULES CONTAINING 4-NITRO-2-PHENOXYMETANOSULPHONANILIDE AND THE PROCESS OF PREPARING THE COMPOSITION". The invention relates to a composition formulated by the association of prolonged release in granules that maintains the therapeutic action of 4-nitro-2-phenoxymethanesulfonanilide and with decreasing oscillations in plasma concentrations. The invention also includes a process for obtaining said composition. The active ingredient is micronized with a disintegrant and adhered by means of binder polymers from a solution to neutral granules composed of sugar, forming granules of fast, conventional or immediate action. A fraction of the granules adhered and coated with the active ingredient is incorporated with some polymers from a solution that gives them a controlled and prolonged action of the active ingredient and, associating or mixing them with the remaining granules containing the active ingredient (action granules) immediate), to prepare and administer different dosages.
