A presente invenção refere-se de modo geral ao campo de plasmas e, mais particularmente, à criação de plasmas estáveis de densidade muito elevada no interior de sólidos. Plasmas estáveis de densidade muito elevada possuem muitas aplicações, incluindo entre muitas outras, fusão sólida de plasma, reações de transmutação, matéria, partículas e armazenamento de energia, etc.. This invention also introduces the device and techniques necessary to explore some of the obvious applications, such as solid plasma fusion, energy, particles, and heat production, among many others.
