Precipitador eletrostático para purificar ar de partículas carregadas, o precipitador eletrostático sendo compostos de elementos de eletrodo (R e A) ou grupos de tais elementos que são carregados de uma maneira adequada e alternadamente dispostos a uma distância de intervalo (a), pelo menos um elemento de eletrodo sendo feito de material muito ohmico a base de celulose e ambos os elementos de eletrodo ou grupos de tais elementos sendo resistentes a umidade.
