Abstract
"COMPOSIçãO, MéTODO DE CURA DE LáTEX E COMPOSTO".Compreendendo uma dispersão aquosa de um óxido de polinitrilaestável representado pela estrutura: G-(C<154> N^ <sym>^O^ -^)~x~ em que x é um número inteiro maior que 1, R é um grupoaromático, alifático ou cicloalifático tendo pelo menos umsubstituinte adjacente a cada grupo de óxido de nitrila, osubstituinte caracterizado por inibir adimerização do óxido de nitrilae não interferindo com uma reação entre grupos de óxido de nitrilae grupos insaturados. A presente invenção também é um métodode curar um látex tendo uma fase dispersa poliinsaturada,compreendendo as etapas de: a) misturar o látex com um óxido depolinitrila estável; e b) remover água da mistura. A presenteinvenção provê um meio simples de preparar sistemas derevestimento de uma parte que podem ser curados à temperaturaambiente sem a liberação de subprodutos."COMPOSITION, LATEX AND COMPOUND CURE METHOD". Comprising an aqueous dispersion of a polynitrile-stable oxide represented by the structure: G- (C <154> N ^ <sym> ^ O ^ - ^) ~ x ~ where x is an integer greater than 1, R is an aromatic, aliphatic or cycloaliphatic group having at least one substitute adjacent to each nitrile oxide group, the substitute characterized by inhibiting nitrile oxide adimerization without interfering with a reaction between nitrile oxide groups and unsaturated groups . The present invention is also a method of curing a latex having a dispersed polyunsaturated phase, comprising the steps of: a) mixing the latex with a stable depolinitrile oxide; and b) removing water from the mixture. The present invention provides a simple means of preparing one-part coating systems that can be cured at room temperature without releasing by-products.
