Abstract
For a cyclonic burner with a cylindrical combustion chamber (Figure 1, reference 1) and a gas supply (3) opening tangentially into the combustion chamber, to separate solid particles carried along by the combustion gas into the combustion chamber, there is provided in the casing (8) of the combustion chamber an outlet slot (13) which has a wall step (15) projecting into the combustion chamber (1) for introducing the solid particles into the outlet slot (13). <IMAGE>
