A presente Patente de Modelo de utilidade diz respeito a Disposição Técnica e Ornamental lntroduzida em Cabelos Artificiais Encaracolados Para Entrelaçamentos, Apliques, Perucas e Similares, (1), caracterizada por ser constituída por uma junção de fios sintéticos que imitam cabelos humanos de forma totalmente natural, a qual é apresentada em forma de madeixas encaracoladas (3) com diâmetros compreendidos entre 4,1 e 5cm., todas com quantidade variável de fios, variando de acordo com a quantidade de feixes de fios utilizados, 12 à 17, todos com quantidade variável de fios entre 20 e 28 fios, esses com diâmetros compreendidos entre 0,3 e 0,15 micras. é formada por diversos fios fabricados por processo contínuo de extrusão, com uso de ferramental específico, sendo que para obter um ou outro tipo só é necessário aumentar ou diminuir os tempos de processamento. The present Utility Model Patent relates to Technical and Ornamental Arrangement introduced into Curly Artificial Hair for Interweaving, Hairpieces, Wigs and the like, (1) characterized by a combination of synthetic strands that mimic human hair in a completely natural way. , which is presented in the form of curly strands (3) with diameters between 4.1 and 5 cm., all with varying quantity of yarns, varying according to the amount of yarn bundles used, 12 to 17, all with quantity range of wires between 20 and 28 wires, those with diameters between 0.3 and 0.15 microns. It is formed by several wires manufactured by continuous extrusion process, using specific tooling, and to obtain one or the other type it is only necessary to increase or decrease the processing times. In the manufacture of these yarns various virgin thermoplastic materials such as polyamide and polypropylene of varying densities or low density polyethylene are used which have suitable physical chemical properties such as flexibility, strength, are non-toxic and fully recyclable.
