Abstract
"DISPOSIçãO INTRODUZIDA EM GRAMPO SUSTENTADOR DE FOLHAS VEGETAIS E SIMILARES". Tem por objeto um prático e inovador modelo de grampo de sustentação, pertencente ao campo da mecânica, de uso mais precisamente como meio de transporte e sustentação de folhas de fumo a serem secas (curadas) no interior de estufas de fumo quaisquer, visto ser constituído de uma armação tubular em forma de 'U' (1), construído a partir de uma barra preferencialmente metálica ou outro material cilíndrico, dotada transversalmente de diversas projeções cilíndricas (2) pontiagudas, alongadas, com um anel de apoio (3) e um elemento de fixação (4) mecânica, que permitem seu melhor alojamento e fixação individual podendo possuir desenho diferenciado e pontas agudas, para facilitar sua inserção nas folhas de fumo, além de conter molas-trava delgadas (5) que intertravam por dentro de orifícios (6) contidos nos extremos de contra-grampo canaletado (7) em forma de 'U', dotado de linhas diferenciadas e repuxos, sendo interposta nos extremos da armação tubular em forma 'U', até que os extremos das projeções cilíndricas permaneçam por dentro do contra-grampo canaletado (7), conferindo um formato anelar, ao mesmo tempo em que as molas-trava delgadas (5) mantêm presas ambas as partes do grampo, permitindo também o desencaixe por pressionamento de ambas as molas-trava delgadas (5)."PROVISION INTRODUCED IN SUSTAINABLE CLAMP OF VEGETABLE AND SIMILAR SHEETS". It has as its object a practical and innovative support clamp model, which belongs to the field of mechanics, to be used more precisely as a means of transporting and sustaining smoke leaves to be dried (cured) inside any greenhouses, since it is constituted. U-shaped tubular frame (1), constructed from a preferably metallic bar or other cylindrical material, transversely provided with several pointed, elongated cylindrical projections (2), with a support ring (3) and a mechanical fastening element (4), which allows its better housing and individual fastening and may have a different design and sharp points, to facilitate its insertion in the smoke leaves, as well as contain thin locking springs (5) that interlock inside holes ( 6) contained at the ends of the U-shaped channeled back clamp (7), with differentiated lines and pushes, being interposed at the ends of the 'U' shaped tubular frame, until the ends of the cylindrical projections remain within the channeled counter clamp (7), giving an annular shape, while the thin locking springs (5) hold both parts of the clamp together, also allowing them to disengage by pressing of both thin locking springs (5).
