Abstract
"POSICIONADOR AUXILAR PARA MéTODO DE LOCALIZAçãO RADIOGRáFICA". Segundo o qual o presente Posicionador é apresentado constituído de três versões, ou seja, uma versão que serve para a região esquerda, outra para direita e a ultima para região frontal da mandíbula e maxila; o referido Posicionador (1) possui em suas versões uma barra horizontal em forma de 'C' (2) articulado para direita ou esquerda e em forma de 'L' (3) articulado para a parte frontal, em sua extremidade possui um suporte para filmes radiográficos (4) cujo suporte possui movimento retratil referencial através de um guia inferior(5), que o profissional pode regular de acordo com a necessidade do exame, as indicações acham-se assinaladas em auto relevo, duas no suporte(6) e uma na barra horizontal(7). Na aba superior possui ainda uma proteção(8) em espuma para não ferir a boca dos pacientes, e na regiao posterior há um serrilhado(9) para melhor ancoragem nos dentes; fixo à barra horizontal, há um tipo de anel localizador, são três anéis acoplados(10), propositadamente para a novo posicionador com localização precisa, os quais são aplicados ao cilindro radiográfico dos aparelhos comuns de radiografia.
