Abstract
CÈNCAVO DE BARRA APERFEIçOADO COM FURAçãO ONDULADA PARA COLHEITADEIRA DE GRãOS". O Cóncavo Aperfeiçoado Com Furação Ondulada para Colheitadeira de Grãos possui uma furação rente à barra e uma outra furação mais longe do topo da barra. A furação rente à barra permite uma trilha suave para culturas de fácil debulha com pouca quebra e dano mecânico nos grãos, e a furação mais longe do topo da barra permite uma trilha agressiva para culturas de difícil trilha ou com grau de umidade elevado, mantendo o índice de quebra sempre baixo. A furação rente à barra tem ainda o benefício de manter o cóncavo sempre limpo, efeito auto limpante, pois as barras raspadoras do cilindro passam próximo aos arames tirando os materiais como palha, palitos, etc, que se acumulam ali e mantendo os arames sempre limpos, com isso tem-se sempre a área do cóncavo limpa, não ficando trancada, entupida, com as palhas ali depositadas, assim temos uma área maior de trilha livre sem estar entupida. No modelo de cóncavo aperfeiçoado com furação ondulada, é possível colher culturas de fácil debulha com a menor quebra possível, e também colher culturas de difícil debulha com a menor quebra possível e em ambos os casos com uma excelente trilha devido o efeito da furação ondulada.
