Abstract

"DERRIçADEIRA PARA COLHEITA DE CAFé". Modelo de Utilidade com método de colheita constituído em vibração dos galhos para que os grãos se desprendam sem afetar o vigor da planta. Devido à combinação exata da rotação do motor com a vibração de suas hastes, de modo a causar uma menor desfolha no pé de café, fazendo ainda com que os grãos não sejam arremessados à distância. Constituída de uma caixa de transmissão (1), com suportes laterais (2) pivotados nas estruturas treliçadas (8), onde são acopladas hastes (3), possui para capacitação de força motriz, um engate radial (4) posterior, para engate à uma barra cilíndrica (5), cuja extremidade acopla-se à um tubo flexível (6) conectado ao motor (7), de modo a realizar movimento axial/horizontal das hastes (3). O motor (7) de dois tempos é fixado ao chassi (9), e quando da sua utilização, é preso às costas do usuário, através de correias em forma de suspensórios (10). A extremidade da barra cilíndrica (5), antes do engate ao tubo flexível (6) conectado ao motor (7) , é dotada de um acelerador (11) para controle e acionamento da energia.
