"DISPOSIçãO CONSTRUTIVA INTRODUZIDA EM MECANISMO DE FLUXO PARA CAIXAS DE DESCARGA", que compreende uma parte móvel e uma parte fixa, sendo que dita parte móvel (10) é constituída por uma haste tubular (1) cujo extremo superior incorpora um grampo (2) de içamento ou engate a uma alavanca de acionamento, sendo que no extremo inferior dessa haste tubular (1) encontra-se acoplado a um conjunto de vedação (3, 4) atuante axialmente junto a uma sede valvulada (25) a ser definida na parte fixa (20) do mecanismo, sendo que intermediariamente dita haste tubular (1) recebe de forma coaxialmente envolvente um elemento flutuador (5) que confere a essa haste (1) um deslocamento flutuante compatível com o nível de água contido na caixa de descarga (30); sendo dita parte móvel (10) axialmente adaptada no interior da parte fixa (20) do mecanismo.
