Abstract
"DISPOSIçãO INTRODUZIDA EM MUFLA", especialmente de uma mufla confeccionada em plástico de engenharia de altíssima rigidez e excelentes propriedades térmicas, para uso nas técnicas convencional e microondas, sendo composta de apenas duas partes, ou seja, base e contra-mufla, e que permite a obtenção de vantagens significativas em relação às demais encotradas convencionalmente no mercado consumidor; em linhas gerais, a presente mufla é composta de duas partes, ou seja, base (1) e contra-mufla (2), confeccionada em resina plástica de altíssima rigidez e excelente propriedade térmica; a praticidade de manuseio, o fechamento perfeito e o sistema de aperto composto por quatro parafusos (3) e insertos em aço inoxidável (15), garantem longa vida útil à mufla; na mencionada base (1), existe um disco de expulsão (18) com rebaixo interno que facilita a demuflagem, garantindo uma prótese perfeita e com facilidade de operação; na parte superior, ou contra-mufla, há um grande orifício para verter o gesso e outros três orifícios menores (10) para o escape do ar, permitindo perfeita acomodação da massa de gesso sobre o modelo e ocupação de todo o espaço interno; a mufla em questão, vem acompanhada de uma chave (19) específica para o aperto e abertura das partes citadas (base e contra-mufla), chave esta no formato "ALLEN"; a cabeça de cada parafuso (3) contém uma arruela fixa (4) cujo diâmetro aumenta a área de contato do parafuso com a contra-mufla, resultando em aperto suficiente e fechamento uniforme, sem danificar a superfície da contra-mufla."LAYOUT INTRODUCED IN MUFLA", especially of a muffle made of engineering plastic of very high rigidity and excellent thermal properties, for use in conventional and microwave techniques, consisting of only two parts, that is, base and counter muffle, and that it allows to obtain significant advantages in relation to the other ones conventionally found in the consumer market; in general lines, this muffle is composed of two parts, that is, base (1) and counter muffle (2), made of plastic resin of very high rigidity and excellent thermal property; the practicality of handling, the perfect closure and the tightening system composed of four screws (3) and stainless steel inserts (15), guarantee long life to the muffle; on the mentioned base (1), there is an expulsion disc (18) with an internal recess that facilitates demoulding, guaranteeing a perfect prosthesis and with easy operation; in the upper part, or counter muffle, there is a large hole for pouring the plaster and three other smaller holes (10) for the escape of air, allowing perfect accommodation of the plaster mass on the model and occupation of the entire internal space; the muffle in question is accompanied by a key (19) specific for tightening and opening the mentioned parts (base and counter muffle), this key in the "ALLEN" format; the head of each screw (3) contains a fixed washer (4) whose diameter increases the contact area of the screw with the counter muffle, resulting in sufficient tightening and uniform closing, without damaging the counter muffle surface.
