Abstract
"DISPOSIçõES CONSTRUTIVAS INTRODUZIDAS EM áLBUM PARA FOTOGRAFIAS". Trata esta patente de disposições construtivas introduzidas em álbum para fotografias, do tipo que se assemelha a um livro encadernado, apresentando em cada página uma ou mais molduras para a inserção dos vértices de uma fotografia de formato retangular, este novo álbum, de custo inferior aos convencionais, permitindo fácil e rápida inserção e retirada das fotos, sem o emprego de adesivos ou produtos semelhantes para sua fixação. Em linhas gerais, a novidade consiste de um álbum apresentando uma capa dura ( 1 ), podendo ser plastificada e dotada de motivos e desenhos decorativos, esta capa envolvendo um conjunto de cadernos ( 2 ) agregados através de uma guarda costurada ( 3 ), cada caderno sendo formado por um par de folhas finas e totalmente lisas ( 4 ), cada uma delas tendo suas faces recobertas por um segmento retangular ( 5 ) de uma rolha contínua ( 6 ) de material substancialmente mais espesso, tipo cartolina ou outro material semelhante, de coloração contrastante com a folha interna, o primeiro segmento ( 7 ) sendo colado à face interna da capa ( 1 ) e o último estando aderido à contra-capa ( 8 ), enquanto os segmentos aderidos às folhas internas ( 4 ) são providos com um ou mais recortes ( 9 ) ou setores vazados de formato retangular, cujas dimensões correspondem aos diferentes tamanhos padronizados de fotografias, as regiões próximas aos vértices de cada recorte apresentando uma projeção ( 10 ) de formato triangular, ovalado ou com outro formato adequado, destinadas a escamotear os vértices da foto ( 11 ), mantendo-as devidamente posicionadas na página do álbum, esta folha externa ( 6 ) podendo ainda exibir um ressalto ou moldura de efeito decorativo, estendendo-se ao longo do contorno de cada recorte."CONSTRUCTIVE PROVISIONS INTRODUCED IN ALBUM FOR PHOTOGRAPHS". This patent deals with constructive provisions introduced in an album for photographs, of the type that resembles a bound book, presenting on each page one or more frames for the insertion of the vertices of a rectangular photograph, this new album, which costs less than conventional, allowing easy and quick insertion and removal of photos, without the use of stickers or similar products for its fixation. In general, the novelty consists of an album featuring a hard cover (1), which can be laminated and provided with motifs and decorative designs, this cover involving a set of notebooks (2) aggregated through a stitched guard (3), each notebook being formed by a pair of thin and totally smooth sheets (4), each of them having their faces covered by a rectangular segment (5) of a continuous stopper (6) of substantially thicker material, such as cardstock or similar material, contrasting color with the inner sheet, the first segment (7) being glued to the inner face of the cover (1) and the last being adhered to the back cover (8), while the segments adhered to the inner leaves (4) are provided with one or more cutouts (9) or hollow sectors of rectangular shape, whose dimensions correspond to the different standardized sizes of photographs, the regions close to the vertices of each cutout showing a projection o (10) triangular, oval or with another suitable shape, designed to conceal the vertices of the photo (11), keeping them properly positioned on the album page, this outer sheet (6) may also show a ledge or frame of decorative effect, extending along the outline of each cutout.
