Abstract

a presente invenção se refere a um transportador de deslizamento a ar (1) compreendendo uma câmara de plenum (câmara de pressão) (2) configurada para receber gás comprimido a partir de um sistema de suprimento de gás (3), e um deck de transporte (4) formando uma lateral de topo da câmara de plenum (2), em que o deck de transporte (4) é poroso para possibilitar que gás venha a escapar a partir da câmara de plenum (2) através do deck de transporte (4). em concordância com a presente invenção, em referido transportador de deslizamento a ar (1) o deck de transporte (4) é formado pelo menos parcialmente de uma pluralidade de partes de cerâmica porosas (5). a presente invenção também se refere à utilização de um transportador de deslizamento a ar (1) conforme definido anteriormente, que é para ser utilizado para alimentação de material finamente dividido para um queimador (11) de uma fornalha de fusão em suspensão (12).
