Abstract
Trata-se a presente patente de modelo de utilidade, de uma nova disposição construtiva introduzida em cocho, pertencente à área técnica mecânica, com aplicação no setor de acessório para animais, mais particularmente trata-se de um cocho desmontável e facilmente transportável, para equinos, caprinos, bovinos e suínos, quando da necessidade de serem transportados e expostos em diferentes locais. O cocho compreende um corpo central (1), confeccionado em material maleável, que quando montado forma um “U” que é acoplado às laterais (2), rígidas. O corpo central (1) é formado por uma placa retangular (11) que compreende nas bordas frontais e posterior, abas (12) dotadas de rasgos (13) e nas laterais de frisos (14) para acoplamento do acabamento periférico tubular (15). Cada uma das ditas laterais (2) é formada por uma placa retangular (21), dotada de abertura superior (22), na porção superior de uma das laterais é dotada de rasgo curvo (23) para acoplamento suspenso, na porção inferior da lateral oposta é dotada de rasgo inclinado (24), para fixação no chão e na parte central formando um “U” são previstos rasgos curvos (25) proporcionais às abas (12) e próximo a cada rasgo curvo (25) são fixadas, de modo articulável, as presilhas (26) de fixação das abas (12) através dos rasgos (13) do corpo central (1). São previstas variantes construtivas.
Description
[001] Trata-se a presente patente de modelo de utilidade, de uma nova disposição construtiva introduzida em cocho, pertencente à área técnica mecânica, com aplicação no setor de acessório para animais, mais particularmente trata-se de um cocho desmontável e facilmente transportável, para equinos, caprinos, bovinos e suínos, quando da necessidade de serem transportados e expostos em diferentes locais. Particularmente os cavalos quando são transportados para competições ou exposições, o transporte é feito em carretas que não tem muito espaço para acomodar o cocho, assim, a presente inovação proporciona resultados práticos, seguros e funcionais muito vantajosos.[001] This is a utility model patent, a new constructive arrangement introduced in a trough, belonging to the mechanical technical area, with application in the animal accessory sector, more particularly it is a collapsible and easily transportable trough , for horses, goats, cattle and pigs, when they need to be transported and displayed in different places. [002] Cocho é um recipiente utilizado para colocar alimento e água para animais de médio e grande porte como cavalos, bovinos e suínos os quais são de diferentes tamanhos e formas.[002] Cocho is a container used to place food and water for medium and large animals such as horses, cattle and pigs which are of different sizes and shapes.

[004] Ainda como parte do estado da técnica destacamos o documento BR202018008542-0 publicado em 05/11/2019, referente à “DISPOSIÇÃO APLICADA EM COCHO DESMONTÁVEL DE AUTO ABASTECIMENTO”, onde de acordo com seu resumo temos: “DISPOSIÇÃO APLICADA EM COCHO DESMONTÁVEL DE AUTO ABASTECIMENTO, a presente invenção concebe um cocho desmontável, constituído de aço (antiferrugem, o mesmo utilizado na indústria naval), ideal para fazer manejo de pastagens e evitar os indesejáveis atoleiros ao redor do cocho; foi desenvolvido visando a otimização da alimentação de bovino, além da economia de mão de obra, de forma a automatizar a pecuária; trata-se de um produto desmontável, que pode ser comprado em loja e montado pelo próprio fazendeiro e tem como principal característica o auto abastecimento; a reposição é mensal, proporcionando ao pecuarista mais tempo para executar outros tipos de trabalhos dentro da fazenda.”[004] Still as part of the state of the art, we highlight the document BR202018008542-0 published on 11/05/2019, referring to the "DISPLAY APPLIED IN A SELF-SUPPLY DETACHABLE TROUGH", where according to its summary we have: "DISPLAY APPLIED IN A TROUGH SELF-SUPPLY REMOVAL, the present invention conceives a collapsible trough, made of steel (anti-rust, the same used in the shipbuilding industry), ideal for managing pastures and avoiding undesirable quagmires around the trough; it was developed with a view to optimizing cattle feeding, in addition to saving labor, in order to automate livestock; it is a collapsible product, which can be bought in a store and assembled by the farmer himself, and its main characteristic is self-supply; Replacement is monthly, giving the cattleman more time to carry out other types of work on the farm.”
[005] Nota-se que apesar de tais documentos se tratarem de cochos desmontáveis, estes são rígidos e volumosos, o que dificulta a otimização de espaço em caso de transporte, sendo que alguns necessitam, inclusive, de base para suporte, que geralmente não são comercializados pelo mesmo produtor, além de terem montagem e desmontagem complexa, necessitando de ferramentas para tal tarefa.
