Sendo que o referido saco (S) é formado por duas metades (M1) e (M2) constituídas de material plástico; sendo que, a metade (M1) é constituída de material plástico transparente, enquanto que a outra metade (M2) é constituída de material plástico opaco; e sendo que a metade (M2) apresenta na sua face interna a integração de uma lâmina de papel (P), e que é aderida à referida face interna da metade (M2) por meio de uma substância adesiva (cola); sendo que a colagem da referida lâmina de papel (P) na metade (M2) – constituída de material plástico – é realizada de forma automatizada, por meio de processos industriais.Refers to a bag (S) that is used to wrap banana bunches during their development on the banana tree; its function is to protect the curl against external harmful actions. Description

Field of Invention

[001] O presente Modelo de Utilidade se refere a um aperfeiçoamento introduzido num dispositivo na forma de um saco que é empregado no segmento da fruticultura, mais particularmente no cultivo de bananas; sendo o referido saco empregado para envolver os cachos de banana ainda durante o seu desenvolvimento na bananeira; tendo como função a de proteger o cacho contra ações nocivas externas, como: excesso de humidade, frio, choque e atrito das folhas da bananeira, incidência de pragas e insetos que causam doenças aos frutos, produtos químicos aplicados nas bananeiras, poeira, entre outros, além de contribuir para conservar o calor necessário ao processo de maturação das bananas. Sendo que o presente aperfeiçoamento tem como objetivo potencializar os benefícios já proporcionados pelo saco plástico convencional já empregado no estado da técnica.[001] This Utility Model refers to an improvement introduced in a device in the form of a bag that is used in the fruit growing segment, more particularly in the cultivation of bananas; said bag being used to wrap the banana bunches during their development on the banana tree; having the function of protecting the bunch against harmful external actions, such as: excess humidity, cold, shock and friction of banana leaves, incidence of pests and insects that cause diseases to the fruits, chemicals applied to banana trees, dust, among others , in addition to helping to conserve the heat necessary for the banana ripening process. State of the Art

[002] Sabe-se que no segmento da fruticultura, assim como em vários outros segmentos da agricultura, é de grande interesse o desenvolvimento de técnicas que venham fornecer melhores resultados, principalmente quanto à qualidade dos frutos produzidos; vindo a minimizar as perdas, e também oferecer ao consumidor frutos mais saudáveis, de melhor qualidade nutricional, e melhor aparência. Por sua vez, sabe-se que a banana é uma das frutas mais populares e consumidas em todo o mundo, de modo que o aperfeiçoamento do seu cultivo é de grande interesse para a sociedade em geral. Dito isso, vale ressaltar que algumas condições agem negativamente sobre os cachos de banana durante o seu desenvolvimento na bananeira, tais como: excesso de humidade, excesso de frio, atrito das folhas da bananeira, incidência de pragas e insetos que causam doenças aos frutos, produtos químicos aplicados nas bananeiras, poeira, entre outros; sendo todos estes fatores determinantes para a queda da qualidade das bananas colhidas; o que acaba por impactar negativamente na produtividade e valor final das bananas.[002] It is known that in the fruit growing segment, as well as in several other segments of agriculture, it is of great interest to develop techniques that will provide better results, mainly in terms of the quality of the fruits produced; minimizing losses, and also offering the consumer healthier fruits, with better nutritional quality, and better appearance. In turn, it is known that bananas are one of the most popular and consumed fruits throughout the world, so improving their cultivation is of great interest to society in general. Having said that, it is worth highlighting that some conditions act negatively on banana bunches during their development on the banana tree, such as: excess humidity, excess cold, friction of banana leaves, incidence of pests and insects that cause diseases to the fruits, chemicals applied to banana trees, dust, among others; all of these factors being determining factors for the decline in the quality of harvested bananas; which ends up having a negative impact on the productivity and final value of bananas.

[003] Com o objetivo de proteger os cachos de banana desses agentes externos durante o seu desenvolvimento, há algum tempo passou-se a adotar a técnica de envolver os cachos de banana - ainda na bananeira - com um saco plástico, normalmente constituído de polietileno, de modo que assim, o cacho permanece protegido desde o início do seu desenvolvimento até o momento da sua colheita e transporte. [004] De acordo com especialistas, o ensacamento do cacho de bananas deve ser efetuado no início do seu florescimento, a fim de que se usufrua dos benefícios da utilização dessa prática de manejo. Após a sua colocação, os sacos são fechados na extremidade superior dos cachos, deixando-se a extremidade inferior aberta, para evitar o excesso de umidade durante a formação completa do cacho. [005] Em países tropicais e subtropicais, o uso da cobertura dos cachos de banana com saco plástico tem sido uma prática crescente, sendo considerada como uma técnica essencial para melhorar o rendimento e qualidade dos frutos. Por sua vez, os referidos sacos são dotados de perfurações laterais, as quais permitem as trocas gasosas entre os frutos e o meio exterior, no entanto, na sua forma mais simples, os sacos plásticos empregados não promovem uma completa proteção aos frutos, pois o polietileno não contribui para a manutenção de uma temperatura estável no interior do saco, já que não atua como um bom isolante térmico; fazendo assim com que possa ocorrer um sobreaquecimento ou então um resfriamento muito acentuado no interior do saco, o que prejudica o bom desenvolvimento da fruta, e impactando também na sua qualidade, a qual pode ser prejudicada.[005] In tropical and subtropical countries, the use of covering banana bunches with plastic bags has been a growing practice, being considered an essential technique for improving fruit yield and quality. [006] Com o objetivo de sanar os inconvenientes comentados acima, há algum tempo adotou-se a medida de inserir-se no interior do saco plástico um segundo saco, constituído de papel ou então de “tecido não tecido” (TNT), pois, tanto o papel quanto o TNT contribuem para uma melhor conservação da temperatura ideal no interior do envoltório do cacho de bananas. E assim, o produtor necessita adquirir e estocar uma quantidade de sacos plásticos - de polietileno - e a quantidade correspondente de sacos de papel ou TNT, de modo que a rotina do produtor, durante a colocação do envoltório no cacho de bananas, resume-se em primeiramente inserir o saco de papel no interior do saco plástico, e na sequência, cuidando para que não haja o desprendimento ou mal posicionamento entre ambos os sacos, deve vestir o cacho de bananas com o conjunto, realizando as amarras necessárias. Evidentemente esta solução apresenta alguns inconvenientes e limitações, sendo a primeira delas o fato de exigir uma logística mais complexa, já que necessita adquirir e armazenar dois tipos de produtos, o saco plástico e o saco de papel. Além disso, é nítido que a operação de introdução e correto posicionamento do saco de papel no interior do saco plástico demanda algum tempo, o que prejudica a produtividade do trabalho, o qual também necessita de alguma habilidade do colaborador, que necessita ser atencioso ao correto posicionamento de ambos os sacos.[006] In order to remedy the inconveniences mentioned above, some time ago it was adopted the measure of inserting a second bag, made of paper or “non-woven fabric” (TNT) inside the plastic bag, as , both the paper and the TNT contribute to better maintaining the ideal temperature inside the banana bunch wrapper. Evidently this solution has some drawbacks and limitations, the first of which is the fact that it requires more complex logistics, as it requires purchasing and storing two types of products, plastic bags and paper bags. Furthermore, it is clear that the operation of introducing and correctly positioning the paper bag inside the plastic bag takes some time, which affects work productivity, which also requires some skill from the employee, who needs to be attentive to the correct positioning of both bags.

Objectives of the Invention

[007] Com o objetivo de resolver estes inconvenientes foi que se desenvolveu o presente modelo de utilidade, o qual propõe um saco plástico - preferencialmente constituído de polietileno - o qual apresenta em ao menos uma porção - metade - de sua face interna a integração de uma lâmina de papel, a qual é aí fixada por meio de alguma substância adesiva (cola). Sendo que esta integração da lâmina de papel é realizada preferencialmente durante o processo de fabricação do saco plástico, de modo que assim, o produtor de bananas adquire um único produto, simplificando a logística envolvida; e também é dispensado o tempo e habilidade necessária para posicionamento do saco de papel no interior do saco plástico, simplificando todo o processo, entre outras vantagens.[007] With the aim of resolving these inconveniences, the present utility model was developed, which proposes a plastic bag - preferably made of polyethylene - which presents on at least a portion - half - of its internal face the integration of a sheet of paper, which is fixed there using some adhesive substance (glue). [009] De acordo com estas ilustrações e em seus pormenores, o presente modelo de utilidade: APERFEIÇOAMENTO INTRODUZIDO EM ENVOLTÓRIO PROTETIVO PARA CACHO DE BANANA compreende um saco (S) constituído de filme plástico flexível - preferencialmente polietileno - Sendo o referido saco formado por duas metades (M1) e (M2) com formato retangular, as quais são unidas entre si por meio de três de suas bordas - por meio de solda térmica ou qualquer outro método de união - de modo que assim, o presente saco (S) conserva uma extremidade aberta. Por sua vez, a metade (M1) é constituída de material plástico transparente, enquanto que a outra metade (M2) é constituída de material plástico opaco; sendo que a referida metade (M2) apresenta na sua face interna a integração de uma lâmina de papel (P) de formato e dimensões equivalentes, e que é aderida à referida face interna da metade (M2) por meio de uma substância adesiva - cola - ou qualquer outro recurso de fixação; sendo que a colagem da referida lâmina de papel (P) na metade (M2) - constituída de material plástico - é realizada de forma automatizada, por meio de processos industriais.
