Abstract

É descrito um limpador de trilho para plantadeira que compreende um par de discos ranhurados (50) pressionados por uma mola de compressão (40) disposta inclinada na porção posterior do equipamento, proporcionando uma diminuição no comprimento total do limpa trilho, além de solicitar uma menor alavanca na articulação dos discos (50) para gerar a mesma força contra o solo, e a possibilidade de regulagem do ângulo de ataque dos discos, se ajustando às diferentes condições de umidade, terreno e palhada existentes durante o processo de plantio.

RAIL CLEANER FOR PLANTER

[01] O presente modelo de utilidade descreve um limpador de trilho para plantadeira. Mais especificamente compreende um par de discos ranhurados pressionados por meio de uma mola de compressão disposta inclinada na porção posterior do equipamento, proporcionando uma diminuição no comprimento total do limpa trilho, além de solicitar uma menor alavanca na articulação dos discos para gerar a mesma força contra o solo, e a possibilidade de regulagem do ângulo de ataque dos discos, se ajustando às diferentes condições de umidade, terreno e palhada existentes durante o processo de plantio.[01] This utility model describes a rail cleaner for a planter. [02] O sistema de plantio direto mobilizado pelas plantadeiras permite a semeadura dos grãos através dos processos de abertura do sulco, distribuição da semente e cobertura da mesma. [05] Testes em campo evidenciaram que o reposicionamento e inclinação da mola, afora proporcionar uma diminuição no comprimento total do limpa trilho, solicitam uma menor alavanca na articulação dos discos para gerar a mesma força contra o solo.
