Abstract

Trata a presente patente de modelo de utilidade de uma lixeira portátil para ser utilizada por usuários que praticam esportes ar livre, montanhismo, escalada, trekking, acampamento, ou qualquer região que não possuem instalações sanitárias e lixeiras fixas, compreendida por uma bolsa (1) de tecido grosso externo, espuma PAC (2) no meio e sendo provida internamente de um saco de PVC leitoso (3) flexível selado e impermeável, onde será o espaço interno da lixeira, o qual durante o transporte se mantém recolhido e na medida em que o lixo é depositado em seu interior vai se abrindo juntamente com a bolsa (4) obtendo-se de um espaço extra interno, a fim de possibilitar regular o depósito de lixo em grande quantidade. Esse espaço extra (4) interior é provido na sua parte superior de uma tira (5) para lacre do conteúdo interno onde está o lixo depositado, sendo que dentro dessa bolsa (6) existe um outro compartimento, onde são colocados saquinho de cal, jornal e sacolinhas de plástico. No topo da parte externa, dita bolsa (1) é provida de uma tira (7) para fechamento do conjunto total quando dobrado. Na parte externa, dita lixeira (1) é composta por um bolso (10) costurado, de formato retangular, de uma alça (8) para transporte e de duas fitas refletivas (9) de segurança. Por fim, ao longo do corpo, dita lixeira permite a inscrição de dizeres (11).

[001] Trata o presente relatório descritivo da patente de modelo de utilidade de uma nova lixeira, notadamente portátil com nova disposição construtiva aplicada, utilizada principalmente por aqueles usuários que praticam esportes ar livre, montanhismo, escalada, trekking, acampamento, ou qualquer região que não possuem instalações sanitárias e lixeiras fixas, de concepção inovadora e dotado de importantes melhoramentos tecnológicos e funcionais, segundo os mais modernos conceitos de engenharia e de acordo com as normas e especificações exigidas, revestindo-se de características próprias e dotadas com requisitos fundamentais de novidade e ato inventivo, fazendo resultar uma série de reais e extraordinárias vantagens técnicas, práticas e econômicas.[001] This is a descriptive report of the utility model patent for a new trash can, notably portable with a new constructive arrangement applied, used mainly by those users who practice outdoor sports, mountaineering, climbing, trekking, camping, or any region that does not have sanitary facilities and fixed trash cans, of innovative design and endowed with important technological and functional improvements, according to the most modern engineering concepts and in accordance with the required standards and specifications, having its own characteristics and endowed with with fundamental requirements of novelty and inventive act, resulting in a series of real and extraordinary technical, practical and economic advantages.

BACKGROUND OF THIS MODEL
