revestimento em polímero ou plástico de engenharia anti-chama/auto-extinguível ul94 v-0 para rolos ou roletes de transportadores de correia. refere-se o presente modelo de utilidade ao revestimento de rolos ou roletes para transportadores de correia com material polímero ou plástico de engenharia antichama/auto-extinguível, certificado através de ensaio de flamabilidade baseado da norma ul 94 (padrão para segurança de inflamabilidade de materiais plásticos) e classificado como v-0. os rolos ou roletes utilizados nos transportadores de correia são aplicados ao longo de toda a extensão do transportador e têm a função de permitir o deslizamento da correia sobre o transportador, possibilitando o transporte do material. o revestimento é aplicado na parte externa da carcaça do rolo ou rolete podendo ser ou não injetado/vulcanizado diretamente no tubo do rolo ou rolete. onde a carcaça do rolo ou rolete pode ser um tubo metálico ou não metálico. esse revestimento tem a função de proteger a carcaça contra o desgaste provocado pelo atrito entre a correia e o rolo ou rolete, reduzindo o risco de princípio de incêndio devido a sua classificação v0 da norma ul94.flame retardant/self-extinguishing ul94 v-0 polymer or engineering plastic coating for belt conveyor rollers or rollers.
