DISPOSIÇÃO INTRODUZIDA EM CALÇADO COM ABERTURAS DOTADAS DE VEDAÇÕES REMOVÍVEIS. Este é um produto para ser fabricado nas indústrias de calçados e afins. A solicitação de patente de modelo de utilidade refere-se a uma disposição introduzida em calçado (1), cujo objetivo é proporcionar ao usuário aberturas que propiciam ventilação e conforto, arejamento e segurança aos pés, assim como ser de utilidade nas quatro estações do ano, uma vez que se adapta a temperaturas altas e baixas, dias de sol e dias de chuva. Refere-se o presente pedido de modelo de utilidade a um calçado desenvolvido para oferecer vedações opcionais para a abertura frontal e/ou lateral(is), assim como para a traseira do calçado, conferindo possibilidade de proteção e isolamento das partes do pé expostas (ventiladas), em situações especiais de uso como: atividades físicas em geral, caminhadas na areia, na grama molhada, na brita, em solos poeirentos, na lama, no barro ou na terra molhada, em presença de poças d'água, sob vegetação molhada ou em casos de chuva repentina, no (pós-chuva). Assim, o presente modelo oferece a alternativa da utilização do calçado com aberturas, em dias de maior calor, também podendo optar por utilizá-lo parcialmente aberto, e ainda, podendo ser utilizado fechado, nas situações especiais supracitadas, a fim de obter um maior isolamento e proteção dos pés. No referido calçado, as vedações podem ser fixadas por velcros ou botões de pressão (machos e fêmeas) no corpo do calçado, ou ainda, as referidas vedações podem ser fixadas invertidas (dupla- face), conferindo versatilidade e inovação. Ainda, as vedações podem ser utilizadas total ou parcialmente abertas ou podem ser totalmente retiradas do calçado, se o usuário assim o desejar.1. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED

Sabe-se que no mercado atual é comercializado o tênis tradicional, do tipo fechado, que serve para a prática de atividade física, no entanto, em dias quentes o seu uso fica inviável para muitas pessoas, devido ao desconforto causado nos pés. Também existem as sandálias e os chinelos de dedo, que são utilizados nos dias de temperaturas elevadas, porém, não podem ser usados para a prática de exercícios físicos, pois não propiciam o conforto, segurança e estabilidade necessários.2. A utilização do tênis tradicional fica prejudicado nos dias de temperaturas elevadas, tendo em vista que o modelo é totalmente fechado, superaquecendo os pés dos usuários, desestimulando, portanto, a prática de atividade física. É de conhecimento público que o transpirar dos pés ocasiona a proliferação de bactérias e até fungos, prejudicando a saúde do usuário, chegando em casos extremos de infecções.3.
