Abstract

Apresenta um dispositivo que é empregado no segmento de armazenamento e transporte de cargas, mais particularmente aquelas que são constituídas de produtos embalados em caixas, e mais particularmente produtos que sejam organizados e transportados sobre paletes; e compreende uma placa horizontalizada(1), em cuja face superior e região média é fixa perpendicularmente uma placa verticalizada (2), configurando uma letra "T" invertida. Sendo que, entre as bordas posteriores de ambos os lados da placa verticalizada (2) e as bordas posteriores superiores de ambos os lados da placa horizontalizada (1) são formadas duas respectivas paredes, cada qual sendo delimitada externamente por uma borda sinuosa (3), e sendo toda a área mais central das referidas paredes formadas por uma tela rígida, a qual é compreendida por uma pluralidade de anéis vazados e interligados, os quais apresentam formato sextavado (4), incluindo algumas variações trapezoidais (5) e pentagonais (6), de acordo com a sua posição.

[002] Sabe-se que no segmento de transporte e movimentação de cargas têm-se como principais objetivos a praticidade, agilidade e segurança, entre outros. Sendo que, para o caso de produtos embalados em caixas, faz-se muito o uso de paletes, que são pequenos estrados de madeira ou aço, de tamanho e formato padronizado, o qual é empregado em áreas de movimentação e transporte de cargas, recebendo sobre si uma quantidade de carga, e podendo ser facilmente levantado, movimentado e reposicionado, seja no interior da área de depósito, ou para o seu carregamento nos veículos de carga, tal como caminhões. Por sua vez, alguns tipos de carga apresentam alguma instabilidade sobre o palete, principalmente durante a sua movimentação e transporte, destacando-se para o presente caso as placas de revestimentos cerâmicos e produtos afins, as quais escorregam facilmente uma de sobre a outra, já que são empilhadas sobre o palete, podendo assim causar acidentes e sérios prejuízos econômicos e humanos. Com o objetivo de resolver ou amenizar este problema, há tempos foi desenvolvido um dispositivo que é disposto estrategicamente entre as pilhas de caixas depositadas sobre um palete, de modo a travar as caixas entre si, evitando a sua movimentação de deslizamento horizontal, e que causa o desmoronamento das pilhas. Este dispositivo compreende basicamente um elemento constituído de duas talas metálicas fixadas entre si na forma de uma letra "T" invertida, cujas extremidades são unidas por duas respectivas hastes delgadas, formando um triângulo. Sendo que, o referido dispositivo é posicionado entre duas pilhas de caixas, as quais se apoiam sobre o segmento horizontal inferior, e são separadas pelo segmento vertical, usando assim o próprio peso para se apoiar horizontalmente no seguimento vertical, evitando deslizar horizontalmente.[002] It is known that in the transportation and cargo handling segment, practicality, agility and safety, among others, are the main objectives. With the aim of solving or alleviating this problem, a device was developed some time ago, which is strategically placed between the stacks of boxes deposited on a pallet, in order to lock the boxes together, preventing their movement from horizontal sliding, which causes the collapse of the piles. This device basically comprises an element consisting of two metallic splints fixed together in the shape of an inverted letter "T", whose ends are joined by two respective thin rods, forming a triangle. Since, said device is positioned between two stacks of boxes, which rest on the lower horizontal segment, and are separated by the vertical segment, thus using its own weight to support itself horizontally in the vertical segment, avoiding sliding horizontally.

[003] O objeto acima descrito oferece razoável resultado, no entanto, apresenta uma fragilidade muito grande, de modo que, frequentemente o excesso de esforços acaba por ocasionar a sua deformação, e até mesmo a sua quebra, podendo resultar no desmoronamento das pilhas de caixas de sobre o palete. [004] Tendo o objetivo de solucionar esses inconvenientes, o objeto do documento de patente BR 202016027416-3 propôs um dispositivo de travamento de caixas em palete, e que é construído de forma a resistir melhor aos esforços horizontais de deslizamento das caixas. Sendo que sua característica preponderante é o fato de que o espaço entre as hastes delgadas e as arestas das talas é fechado por uma parede inteiriça de formato correspondentemente triangular, e dotada de nervuras de reforço estrutural, aumentando assim a capacidade de resistir aos esforços sofridos pelo dispositivo. No entanto, o uso do referido objeto, na prática, revelou que o mesmo emprega uma grande quantidade de matéria prima, o que faz aumentar o seu custo; além de que, esse excesso de material que compõe o seu corpo também faz aumentar o seu peso, impactando negativamente na capacidade de carga dos veículos de transporte, o que fica mais significativo no caso de grandes volumes de carga.[004] Aiming to solve these inconveniences, the object of patent document BR 202016027416-3 proposed a device for locking boxes on pallets, which is built in such a way as to better resist the horizontal forces of sliding the boxes.
