Abstract

O presente modelo de utilidade pertence ao setor técnico de fisioterapia e ciências da saúde relacionadas à recuperação de pacientes com problemas de mobilidade em situação de convalescença em hospitais e clínicas. A régua ajuda a comunicar à equipe sobre a mobilidade física do paciente, atuando como um apoio nas tomadas diárias de decisão que envolvem a mobilidade física. O dispositivo possibilita uma maneira de materializar visualmente a evolução do tratamento, tanto para o paciente, quanto para o fisioterapeuta, de forma visual, intuitiva e direta, sem que haja interpretações equivocadas em relação à situação de saúde do paciente. Para isso, apresenta-se uma régua formada por uma peça única (1) em material higiênico, através de chapas de PVC branco liso de 2 mm de espessura (6) e uma chapa recortada a laser com quatro elementos iconográficos (2) que representam a situação em que o paciente se encontra no momento. No interior da peça (1), há uma chapa recortada (3) em PVC colorida de 2 mm que determina a marcação de mobilidade pelo paciente, definida por cursor (3), através do contraste cromático na pega e também no fundo (trocando a cor do respectivo ícone a ser identificado). O cursor (3) é constituído da junção da chapa em PVC colorida de 2 mm com outra chapa colorida de 5 mm, promovendo a pega necessária para o manuseio do mesmo, com um texto gravado para representar a sensibilidade do paciente em relação ao tipo de movimento que este consegue realizar. A peça ainda é composta de ao menos 4 perfurações (5) para que o usuário opte por parafusar em uma superfície de madeira (normalmente próximo ao leito do paciente) ou simplesmente apoiar em uma mesa ou estante.

This utility model belongs to the technical sector of physiotherapy and health sciences related to the recovery of patients with mobility problems in a situation of convalescence in hospitals and clinics. The ruler helps communicate to the team about the patient's physical mobility, acting as a support in daily decision-making involving physical mobility. The device provides a way to visually materialize the evolution of the treatment, both for the patient and for the physiotherapist, in a visual, intuitive and direct way, without misinterpretations regarding the patient's health situation. For this, a ruler formed by a single piece (1) in hygienic material is presented, using plain white PVC sheets 2 mm thick (6) and a laser-cut sheet with four iconographic elements (2) representing the situation the patient is in at the moment. Inside the piece (1), there is a cut sheet (3) in 2 mm colored PVC that determines the patient's mobility marking, defined by the cursor (3), through the chromatic contrast on the handle and also on the bottom (changing the color of the respective icon to be identified). The cursor (3) consists of joining a 2 mm colored PVC sheet with another 5 mm colored sheet, providing the necessary grip for handling it, with an engraved text to represent the patient's sensitivity in relation to the type of movement it can perform. The piece is also composed of at least 4 perforations (5) so that the user can choose to screw it onto a wooden surface (usually close to the patient's bed) or simply rest it on a table or shelf.

[001] O presente modelo de utilidade pertence ao setor técnico de fisioterapia e ciências da saúde relacionadas à recuperação de pacientes com problemas de mobilidade em situação de convalescença em hospitais e clínicas.[001] This utility model belongs to the technical sector of physiotherapy and health sciences related to the recovery of patients with mobility problems in a situation of convalescence in hospitals and clinics.

[002] Por definição, estudos multicêntricos são os estudos realizados, paralelamente, em vários locais, para atingir um número de sujeitos maior em menos tempo. Diversos estudos investigam doenças e comorbidades com o uso de tecnologias, dispositivos analógicos já conhecidos de determinada área, assim como o conhecimento tácito das profissões envolvidas.[002] By definition, multicenter studies are studies carried out in parallel, in several locations, to reach a larger number of subjects in a shorter period of time. What's New and Objectives of the Utility Model

[005] Pelas pesquisas do estado da técnica conhecido na área de fisioterapia em termos de ferramenta de apoio na aferição de mobilidade, conclui-se que não há um objeto/produto com tal função que se assemelhe ao proposto neste Modelo de Utilidade, que visa melhorar o tratamento de fisioterapia, assim como gerar subsídios para que equipes multi e interdisciplinares realizem o acompanhamento da evolução dos pacientes de forma visual, intuitiva e integrada, resultando em benefícios diretos para o tratamento do paciente.[005] From research on the state of the art known in the field of physiotherapy in terms of a support tool in measuring mobility, it is concluded that there is no object/product with such a function that resembles the one proposed in this Utility Model, which aims to improve physiotherapy treatment, as well as generate subsidies for multi and interdisciplinary teams to monitor the evolution of patients in a visual, intuitive and integrated way, resulting in direct benefits for patient treatment.

[006] O produto que é objeto de Modelo de Utilidade utiliza os marcos do desenvolvimento motor humano, com uma adaptação que representa, a partir de 4 imagens, a expressão da situação em que se encontra o paciente durante a recuperação de mobilidade. Na medida em que comunica a equipe, o dispositivo também apoia as tomadas diárias de decisão que envolvem a mobilidade física, como por exemplo: o número de pessoas necessárias no cuidado do paciente, o momento de alta hospitalar, entre outros. Trata-se de um meio que materializa visualmente a evolução do tratamento de reabilitação a função física, tanto para o paciente, quanto para o fisioterapeuta e demais atores do corpo hospitalar[007] The mobility ruler is an analog tool that aims to inform the health team about the physical mobility of a given patient. [008] A inovação propõe que as soluções para problemas de engajamento e ativação do paciente para o seu autocuidado envolvam alternativas simples. A régua, que avalia e comunica a mobilidade física do sujeito de forma visual e lúdica, é posicionada aos olhos de todos os membros que participam do cuidado do paciente. O resultado é uma proposta simples, objetiva e visual que beneficia o paciente e equipe de tratamento.[008] The innovation proposes that solutions to patient engagement and activation problems for their self-care involve simple alternatives. The ruler, which evaluates and communicates the subject's physical mobility in a visual and playful way, is positioned in front of the eyes of all members who participate in patient care. [009] No campo do estudo da fisioterapia e mobilidade física, há muitas escalas para o acompanhamento dos pacientes em recuperação. No entanto, não há produtos em específico que determinam uma aferição pelo ponto de vista de como o paciente está se sentindo no decorrer de um tratamento. Desta forma, a ferramenta que resulta em um objeto em formato de régua, pode assumir um caráter também acadêmico, possibilitando que alunos e professores utilizem da régua para ilustrar os conceitos teóricos e acadêmicos acerca da temática da mobilidade. Aos profissionais da área da fisioterapia e reabilitação física, a régua também pode ser utilizada em conjunto com outras escalas teóricas, de acordo com a linha que determinado profissional segue.[009] In the field of study of physiotherapy and physical mobility, there are many scales for monitoring patients in recovery. However, there are no specific products that determine a measurement from the point of view of how the patient is feeling during a treatment. In this way, the tool that results in an object in the shape of a ruler, can also assume an academic character, allowing students and teachers to use the ruler to illustrate theoretical and academic concepts about the theme of mobility. For professionals in the field of physiotherapy and physical rehabilitation, the ruler can also be used in conjunction with other theoretical scales, according to the line that a given professional follows.

[010] O estado da técnica no que se refere aos instrumentos de medição e aferição da mobilidade de pacientes de forma visual e de baixo custo é pífio. Não há produtos que determinem com eficácia e de maneira direta o sentimento do paciente em relação ao seu estado de mobilidade. O produto em si é parte de uma metodologia assistencial desenvolvida por inventores da área da fisioterapia, atuando como um elemento de ligação entre paciente e equipe que, de forma visual, direta e síncrona permite determinar o quanto a mobilidade interfere em sua recuperação, indicando assim caminhos para que tal equipe possa planejar e estruturar estratégias de recuperação com exercícios e demais ações vinculadas a um determinado tratamento.[010] The state of the art with regard to instruments for measuring and gauging the mobility of patients visually and at low cost is negligible. [011] Ainda, há conexão do produto com uma ferramenta digital mobile que utiliza a mesma escala que originou a régua. Dessa forma, é possível apontar que o presente modelo é um facilitador de comportamento que reforça visual e permanentemente e ativa o paciente para o autogerenciamento da sua mobilidade implicando, em última instância em melhores desfechos funcionais.[011] Still, there is a connection between the product and a mobile digital tool that uses the same scale that originated the ruler. A montagem do produto é extremamente simples e de baixo custo, permitindo que possa ser fabricada em larga escala, atendendo demandas da área da saúde não só da rede privada, mas da rede pública.[012] The piece is made up of PVC sheets of different thicknesses and with two different colors, white and orange, the latter color assists in the visual observation of the patient's condition.
