Abstract

DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTUTIVA APLICADA EM FAIXA DE MAMA EM CONCHA. O presente modelo de utilidade refere-se a um acessório complementar no pósoperatório aplicado na área da saúde, no campo cirúrgico. Especificamente a uma faixa de mama em concha que se destina aos pacientes que fizeram cirurgia de prótese mamaria subfascial e submuscular. O modelo tem como objetivo evitar que a prótese suba em qualquer um dos ângulos superiores e forme a dupla bolha, e quando o quadro já está instalado a faixa favorece a decida da prótese em todos os ângulos (medial, central e lateral superior).CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT APPLIED ON A SHELL BREAST BAND. The present utility model refers to a complementary accessory in the postoperative period applied in the health area, in the surgical field. Specifically, a shell breast band intended for patients who have had subfascial and submuscular breast prosthesis surgery. The purpose of the model is to prevent the prosthesis from rising in any of the upper angles and forming a double bubble, and when the frame is already installed, the band favors the descent of the prosthesis in all angles (medial, central and upper lateral).

Description

APPLICATION FIELD

1. O presente modelo de utilidade refere-se a um acessório complementar no pós-operatório aplicado na área da saúde, no campo cirúrgico. Especificamente a uma faixa de mama em concha que se destina aos pacientes que fizeram cirurgia de prótese mamaria subfascial e submuscular. O modelo tem com objetivo de evitar que a prótese suba e forme a dupla bolha e quando o quadro já está instalado a faixa favorece a decida da prótese em todos os ângulos da porção superior medial e lateral.1. STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE

2. A mamoplastia de aumento é a cirurgia plástica mais realizada no Brasil, segundo a Sociedade Brasileira de Cirurgia Plástica (SBCP). Assim como a maioria dos procedimentos, este tipo de cirurgia pode gerar complicações que necessitam de cuidados especiais.2. 3. No caso das cirurgias de próteses mamárias, um dos problemas é da dupla bolha. Dupla Bolha é um termo usado para uma possível evolução pós- cirúrgica da Mamoplastia de aumento ou Mastopexia com próteses de silicone. Basicamente é um aspecto de deformidade, em que a prótese assume uma posição mais alta que o tecido mamário.3. In the case of breast implant surgeries, one of the problems is the double bubble. 4. Há 16 anos não existe nenhum acessório que faz pressão em concha. Utiliza-se, uma faixa reta que comprime muito o ângulo superior lateral da prótese. Nesses casos se pensarmos em vetor de forças temos um vetor forte agindo de lateral superior para medial inferior e ausência de pressão de medial superior para lateral inferior, dessa forma força-se a decida ou, o não deslocamento somente da porção lateral superior, muitas vezes não favorecendo a prevenção da subida e a descida no plano medial. A falta de pressão no ângulo superior medial faz com que muitas vezes não seja suficiente para se obter resultado satisfatório, e a mama não fica simétrica.4. Assim, tendo em vista a necessidade de um produto que solucionasse por completos os problemas apontados acima, foi desenvolvida uma pesquisa de um material que não machucasse e que ao mesmo tempo acompanhasse a anatomia da mama, ou seja, que fizesse a pressão necessária em todos os ângulos da prótese/mama para trazer mais conforto e evitar que machuque, para não ter que tirar, além de evitar o deslocamento da prótese em todos os ângulos e pudesse também quando o problema já tiver se instalado favorecer a descida da prótese em todos os ângulos.10. OBJECTIVE OF THE MODEL

13. O presente modelo de utilidade tem por objetivo fornecer uma faixa de mama em concha que permita gerar uma pressão em todos os ângulos superiores da prótese/mama de modo simétrico, com uma disposição anatômica e confortável, aumentando sua adesão, e prevenindo que a prótese suba e forme a dupla bolha.13. 14. Outro objetivo é favorecer a decida da prótese mamária em todos os ângulos (medial, central e lateral superior) durante o tempo pós-cirúrgico.14. MODEL DESCRIPTION

18. A faixa de mama em concha (1) se destina aos pacientes que fizeram cirurgia prótese subfascial ou sobmuscular na mama, com objetivo de fazer pressão simétrica em todos os ângulos superiores da prótese/mama. Esta faixa (1) propõe uma solução para prevenir e tratar a dupla bolha.18. The shell breast band (1) is intended for patients who have undergone subfascial or submuscular prosthesis surgery on the breast, with the aim of applying symmetrical pressure on all the upper angles of the prosthesis/breast. A faixa de mama em concha (1) possui uma estrutura desenvolvida preferencialmente em NEOPRENE, lavável, de formato anatômica, para que haja melhor acomodação e conforto, evitando machucados da região da axila, favorecendo a adesão e garantindo a pressão em todos os ângulos (medial, central e lateral superior) da prótese/mama.19. A dita faixa de mama em concha (1) possui peculiaridades em sua disposição construtiva, como o formato anatômico que respeita a feição e o tecido da região dos seios, capaz de gerar uma pressão simétrica em todos os ângulos superiores da prótese/mama, além disso é dotada de meios de regulagem (2, 2a e 3) da pressão central, que a torna mais eficiente, prevenindo que o plano de vetores fique sem compressão ocasionando um resultado insatisfatório.20. 21. Conforme ilustram as figuras 2 e 3, a dita faixa de mama em concha (1) possui uma faixa central (2), dotada em suas extremidades de fitas fixadoras com fecho de contato [velcro] (3). Sendo que, um regulador (2a) está fixado numa extremidade da faixa central (2), e possui a função de puxador das fitas fixadoras com fecho de contato (3) para abrir ou regular a compressão da faixa de mama (1).21. Diferente das faixas encontradas no estado da técnica, usadas na região central dos seios, que fazem uma pressão exagerada na porção lateral da prótese/mama, mas não fazem a mesma pressão na região medial, ocasionando lesões, incômodos e uma má eficiência para posicionar a mama no local correto, o presente modelo de utilidade oferece uma faixa confortável, capaz de posicionar- se e aplicar corretamente pressões uniformes nos ângulos superiores das próteses, evitando a dupla bolha.25. Claims
