Abstract

A presente patente de modelo de utilidade aplica-se à área da saúde, especificamente destinado para organização de doses e distribuição de medicamentos, e refere-se a um dispensador programável, dotado de memória interna e possibilidade de conexão remota, capaz de dispensar conteúdos previamente organizados em refis personalizados para o usuário, programável, recarregável e que emite sinais quando necessária sua troca, atuando como um porta-remédios inteligente. O refil é constituído de estrutura dotada de um ou mais compartimentos para organização e que pode ser encaixado dentro do dispensador, e quando o conteúdo de todos os compartimentos do refil programável é dispensado, este será trocado por um refil novo recarregado. O dispensador emitirá alertas na forma de luzes sinalizadoras e som no horário exato em que o conteúdo de um compartimento precisa ser dispensado, bem como quando o refil precisa ser trocado ou quando a bateria interna precisa ser recarregada. O refil (8) pode ser facilmente inserido e removido ou trocado através do simples encaixe e desencaixe do refil da trava.

Description

DISPENSER DEVICE WITH REFILLS PROGRAMMED BY FITTING

[01] A presente patente de modelo de utilidade aplica-se à área da saúde, especificamente destinado para organização de doses e distribuição de medicamentos, e refere-se a um dispensador programável, dotado de memória interna e possibilidade de conexão remota, capaz de dispensar conteúdos previamente organizados em refis personalizados para o usuário, programável, recarregável e que emite sinais e comando de vozes quando necessária sua troca, atuando como um porta-remédios inteligente.[01] The present utility model patent applies to the health area, specifically intended for the organization of doses and distribution of medicines, and refers to a programmable dispenser, equipped with internal memory and the possibility of remote connection, capable of Dispense contents previously organized in personalized refills for the user, programmable, rechargeable and that emits signals and voice commands when their replacement is necessary, acting as an intelligent medicine holder.

Ele também é capaz de se conectar à internet e transmitir estes dados para um servidor e/ou aplicativo de smartphone em tempo real, permitindo um constante acompanhamento remoto do seu status. O uso primário do dispositivo se dá na forma de um porta-remédios inteligente, onde os refis são utilizados para organizar e armazenar medicamentos. Em cada compartimento são colocados conjuntamente os medicamentos que devem ser consumidos no mesmo horário e em suas doses corretas. [04] O dispensador tem o propósito inicial de ser utilizado na área da saúde, atuando como um porta-remédios inteligente. O objetivo é auxiliar o gerenciamento e organização de doses de medicamentos nos compartimentos dos refis e melhora da aderência e consequente eficácia do tratamento através dos alertas e do acompanhamento em tempo real pela internet.[04] The dispenser has the initial purpose of being used in the health area, acting as an intelligent medicine holder. [05] O dispositivo também permitirá um serviço de entrega de refis personalizados. Neste serviço, mediante informações da prescrição médica de um usuário/paciente, serão preparados refis exclusivos contendo doses da medicação correta presente na prescrição. Esses refis serão entregues ao usuário, que os utilizará de forma segura, bastando apenas realizar a troca ou substituição do refil quando solicitado pelo dispositivo.[05] The device will also allow for a personalized refill delivery service. Muitos apresentam dimensões desproporcionais ao contexto diário dos usuários, que na maioria das vezes se constituem de idosos e pouca ergonomia para o uso. O dispositivo da presente patente é portátil, ergonômico de fácil transporte.[011] Existing products currently solve only part of the problems related to the use of medicines. [012] A BR112012008192-6 - “Dispositivo indicador para um porta-remédio, para doses de remédios, bem como o seu uso” – é um dispositivo indicador para um porta-remédio. As doses do remédio devem ser ingeridas em pontos de ingestão referenciais, regularmente repetidos e o dispositivo abrange esta indicação através de comando eletrônico. Sua interface e sua programação são complexas, o que também dificulta o uso. O objeto da presente patente é portátil e ergonômico. Sua programação pode ser feita de forma fácil através de um aplicativo de celular/computador e a interface de uso do dispositivo é simples. Difere-se também por não possuir um dispensador capaz de organizar a medicação, devendo ser utilizado somente em conjunto com outro produto, já o objeto da presente patente apresenta a solução completa, a interface de uso, o circuito eletrônico controlador e os refis para organização e armazenamento.[012] BR112012008192-6 - “Indicating device for a medicine holder, for doses of medicines, as well as their use” – is an indicating device for a medicine holder. [013] O BR112015030859-7 - “Recipiente organizador de medicamentos, gabinete para uso em um recipiente organizador de medicamentos, visor para uso em um recipiente organizador de medicamentos, método para controlar um visor em um recipiente organizador de medicamentos, e, programa de computador” - se refere a um recipiente organizador de medicamentos que compreende um gabinete com parede de fundo dotada de visor e uma pluralidade de paredes laterais, que definem uma pluralidade de compartimentos para cada um reter um ou mais itens de medicamentos (P). Por sua vez, o objeto da presente patente tem uma autonomia muito maior, por contar com o sistema de trocas de refil. É possível preparar uma quantidade grande de refis de uma só vez, aumentando muito a autonomia sem interromper o uso do dispositivo. Além disso, os refis podem ser preparados por terceiros ou mesmo fornecidos ao usuário com os medicamentos já organizados através de um serviço. Isso faz com que o usuário mantenha o uso contínuo sem precisar interromper o uso do dispositivo, bastando apenas realizar a substituição do refil de forma rápida e prática.[013] BR112015030859-7 - “Medication organizer container, cabinet for use in a medication organizer container, display for use in a medication organizer container, method for controlling a display in a medication organizer container, and, computer" - refers to a medication organizer container comprising a bottom wall cabinet provided with a display and a plurality of side walls, which define a plurality of compartments for each to hold one or more medication items (P). In addition, refills can be prepared by third parties or even provided to the user with medications already organized through a service. This makes the user maintain continuous use without having to interrupt the use of the device, simply replacing the refill quickly and conveniently.

[014] A BR 202013029434-4 - “Dispositivo para acondicionar e auxiliar a administração de medicamentos, eletrônico, programável” - refere-se a dispositivo eletrônico programável para acondicionar e auxiliar a administração de medicamentos, pertencente ao campo dos equipamentos de uso médico, que compreendido por estojo dotado de tampa transparente e compartimentos, cada qual receptor de um medicamento; por unidade eletrônica programável baseada em software dedicado, instalada no recipiente junto aos compartimentos; por circuito baseado em micro controlador; por temporizador programável; por periféricos, sendo um visor (display) de interface com o usuário; sirene/autofalante; sinalizadores luminosos de cores diferentes, cada qual montado em respectivo compartimento; por fonte de alimentação elétrica recarregável; botão liga comutado a partir de pino previsto na tampa e arranjado para quando esta é aberta desligar o autofalante/sirene e o sinalizador luminoso e fechada desligar o visor; porta de interface com um computador para programação, preferencialmente chaveada com senha; e por software embarcado tendo funções responsáveis pela lógica de funcionamento do dispositivo. Difere-se da presente patente por permitir a organização de forma limitada, com poucos compartimentos e pouca autonomia e que carece de abastecimento frequente. Também não possui sistema de auxílio ou orientação ao usuário sobre de que forma deve organizar seus medicamentos, e, como esta tarefa não possui nenhum auxílio, o uso na prática se torna bastante trabalhoso e propenso a erros. Já o objeto da presente patente possui aplicativo (programa de computador) que auxilia de forma prática em como deve ser feita a organização e esta pode ser feita de forma independente do uso do dispositivo, não sendo necessário despender tempo diário ou de forma frequente para realizar essa tarefa. A praticidade e modularidade trazida pelo refil permite também que os refis sejam fornecidos já preenchidos através de um serviço, o que retira totalmente este trabalho e a possibilidade de falha do usuário e aumenta a segurança do tratamento[014] BR 202013029434-4 - "Electronic, programmable device for packaging and assisting drug administration" - refers to a programmable electronic device for storing and assisting drug administration, belonging to the field of medical equipment, which is comprised of a case with a transparent lid and compartments, each receiving a drug; by a dedicated software-based programmable electronic unit, installed in the container next to the compartments; by microcontroller based circuit; by programmable timer; by peripherals, being a user interface display; siren/speaker; beacons of different colors, each one mounted in its respective compartment; by rechargeable electrical power supply; power button switched from the pin provided on the cover and arranged so that when it is opened, turn off the loudspeaker/siren and the light and closed, turn off the display; interface port with a computer for programming, preferably keyed with password; and by embedded software having functions responsible for the device's operating logic. It differs from the present patent in that it allows organization in a limited way, with few compartments and little autonomy and that requires frequent supply. It also does not have an assistance system or user guidance on how to organize their medications, and, as this task does not have any assistance, the use in practice becomes quite laborious and prone to errors. The object of the present patent has an application (computer program) that helps in a practical way in how the organization should be done and this can be done independently of the use of the device, not being necessary to spend time daily or frequently to perform this task. The practicality and modularity brought by the refill also allows the refills to be supplied already filled through a service, which totally removes this work and the possibility of user failure and increases the safety of the treatment.

[015] BR 10 2018 000265 1 - “Porta Remédios Com Acionamento Por Refil Programado” - refere-se a porta remédios inteligente conectado à sistema de distribuição de refil de medicamentos personalizado de acordo com o tratamento de cada usuário, tem a função de indicar e orientar sobre qual o medicamento certo e o horário correto das doses de remédios a serem tomadas. Um dispositivo pequeno de fácil transporte, que emite um sinal sonoro e luminoso indicando a ingestão dos remédios, basta girar o botão aro superior para ter acesso a dose correta. Difere-se da presente patente porque as partes estão sempre unidas, tornando os encaixes/desencaixes de várias partes desnecessários, a tampa é unida ao corpo do dispositivo através de uma dobradiça e uma trava na forma de botão. Isso faz com que o processo da troca do refil interno seja muito mais prático, bastando apenas apertar o botão e abrir a tampa. Muito mais rápido e ergonômico do que o encaixe de partes separadas. Além disso, no objeto da presente patente o alerta sonoro é emitido por um alto falante com capacidade de reproduzir variados tipos de sons ao invés de apenas um buzzer. O dispositivo presente também se difere por conter uma luz indicadora para cada função juntamente com um ícone gráfico, ao invés de apenas uma única luz indicadora, tornando o entendimento do significado do alerta muito mais claro e o uso portanto mais efetivo.[015] BR 10 2018 000265 1 - “Medicine Holder With Programmed Refill Activation” - refers to the smart drug holder connected to the personalized drug refill distribution system according to the treatment of each user, it has the function of indicating and guide about the right medication and the correct time of medication doses to be taken. It differs from the present patent in that the parts are always joined together, making the fitting/disengagement of various parts unnecessary, the cover is joined to the body of the device through a hinge and a latch in the form of a button. This makes the process of changing the internal refill much more practical, just pressing the button and opening the lid. Much faster and more ergonomic than fitting separate parts. Furthermore, in the object of the present patent, the audible alert is emitted by a loudspeaker capable of reproducing various types of sounds instead of just a buzzer. The present device also differs in that it contains an indicator light for each function together with a graphic icon, instead of just a single indicator light, making the understanding of the meaning of the alert much clearer and the use therefore more effective.

It differs from the present patent for the practicality of replacing and changing the refill and the function of personal assistant, using artificial intelligence by voice command to assist all the functions of the device
