CONSTRUCTIVE PROVISION APPLIED TO PROTECTIVE FACE MASK

Technology sector of the model

[001] Refere-se o presente modelo, de uma maneira geral, ao setor tecnológico de dispositivos e equipamentos contra risco de incêndio, para prevenção de acidentes e para resgate, mais especificamente a máscaras faciais protetoras do tipo cirúrgica, contra a disseminação e inalação de vírus e impurezas aerolizadas.[001] This model refers, in general, to the technological sector of devices and equipment against fire risk, for accident prevention and rescue, more specifically to surgical-type protective face masks, against dissemination and inhalation of viruses and aerosolized impurities.

[002] Efetivamente, o presente modelo tem por objetivo, peculiar modalidade de disposição construtiva aplicada a máscara facial protetora, projetada cuidadosamente e criteriosamente na intenção de caracterizar algo realmente novo e capaz de ocupar lugar de destaque, quando levado a confronto com as características apresentadas por tudo aquilo que é conhecido no estado da técnica deste setor tecnológico.[002] Effectively, the present model has as its objective, a peculiar modality of constructive disposition applied to a protective face mask, carefully and judiciously designed with the intention of characterizing something really new and capable of occupying a prominent place, when confronted with the presented characteristics for everything that is known in the state of the art in this technological sector.

Known prior art

[003] Sabe-se, através do estado da técnica deste setor tecnológico, conhecido até o presente momento por ambientes médicos como hospitais, clínicas, ambulâncias de transporte de pacientes e áreas urbanas com alto risco de contaminação e intoxicação pelo ar, como cidades com risco de contaminação da população por COVID-19, onde a contaminação se dá pela aerolização do vírus e de um ser humano para outro, que as máscaras convencionalmente usadas apresentam baixa proteção ao usuário.[003] It is known, through the state of the art of this technological sector, known to date by medical environments such as hospitals, clinics, ambulances for transporting patients and urban areas with high risk of contamination and air poisoning, such as cities with risk of contamination of the population by COVID-19, where the contamination is due to the aerosolization of the virus and from one human being to another, whereas conventionally used masks present low protection to the user.

Novelty and objectives of the model

[007] Assim sendo, objetiva-se com o presente modelo caracterizar peculiar modalidade de disposição constritiva aplicada a máscara facial protetora, que possa ser utilizada por usuários comuns, não médicos (profissionais de saúde) em qualquer ambiente urbano e social, oferecendo proteção através de 3 camadas (Figura 1.8 - A, B e D), sendo uma delas 100% impermeável.[007] Therefore, the objective of this model is to characterize a peculiar modality of constrictive disposition applied to a protective face mask, which can be used by common, non-medical users (health professionals) in any urban and social environment, offering protection through of 3 layers (Figure 1.8 - A, B and D), one of them being 100% waterproof.

Detailed description of the model
