AUTONOMOUS SEALING CORRUGATED CARDBOARD BOXES, THAT IS, WHICH WAIVES THE USE OF ADHESIVE TAPE, GLUE, STAPLES OR ANY OTHER SEALING MEANS, WITH A PUNCH SYSTEM THAT EVIDES ANY ATTEMPT OF VIOLATION

[001] A presente invenção refere-se às caixas de papelão ondulado para embalagens diversas de uso industrial, comercial ou e-commerce, que sejam autosseláveis a ponto de eliminar a dependência de outros meios de selagem como fitas adesivas, grampos metálicos, adesivos hot melt ou PVA ou lacres autoadesivos e, que mostrem de forma clara e objetiva qualquer sinal de tentativa de violação.[001] The present invention refers to corrugated cardboard boxes for various packaging for industrial, commercial or e-commerce use, which are self-sealing to the point of eliminating the dependence on other means of sealing such as adhesive tapes, metal clips, hot adhesives melt or PVA or self-adhesive seals and, which clearly and objectively show any sign of attempted tampering.

3 - Tornar visível qualquer tipo de violação da embalagem, sem que seja necessário qualquer tipo de técnica forense de evidência de violação.

[007] Características da invenção:

- O projeto de design da embalagem sofre pequenas alterações em seu leiaute, para que atenda o propósito e a performance assim desejados, mas, sem modificações impossíveis de serem implementadas pela indústria de cartonagem;
- O processo de corte e vinco da folha de papelão ondulado para a confecção das caixas planificadas (leiaute) não sofre qualquer tipo de alteração, dispensando equipamentos especiais, tornando o processo barato, sem custos excedentes. O que muda apenas é o próprio leiaute da caixa;
- As caixas são dobradas e coladas normalmente, utilizando dobradeiras e coladeiras convencionais, comum a qualquer cartonagem;
- Acrescenta-se a partir daí a etapa de aplicação do agente de selagem, que é constituído de um adesivo de contato de pega estendida e secagem do mesmo, além da aplicação de um agente antiaderente que evita com que as caixas grudem entre si durante o empilhamento;
- Após a aplicação e secagem do adesivo e do antiaderente, a etapa de empilhamento e expedição segue o processo convencional.
- O cliente ao utilizar a referida caixa, não precisará utilizar qualquer outro produto selante, como fitas adesivas, colas, etiquetas ou grampos, uma vez que ela mesmo se encarregará de se selar após a dobragem de suas abas.
- A referida caixa se romperá em seu sistema de picotes estrategicamente dimensionados e/ou se delaminará à menor tentativa de violação, fazendo com que o consumidor final perceba muito facilmente que sua mercadoria foi violada.

- Said box will break in its strategically dimensioned perforation system and/or will be delaminated at the slightest attempt of violation, making the final consumer very easily perceive that their merchandise has been violated.

3 - Fechamento da caixa por dobradeiras e coladeiras, conforme processo atualmente utilizado;
4 - Passagem das caixas dobradas pelo coleiro que aplicará o adesivo de selagem das caixas às bordas das abas externas e às laterais, mais a aplicação de substância antiaderente (silicone, por exemplo) em determinados pontos da caixa para que não grudem durante o empilhamento;
5 - Secagem do adesivo de selagem das caixas por sopradores de ar frio;
6 - Empilhamento, embalagem e armazenamento conforme processos atualmente empregados. Podem ser empregados ainda, por questões de proteção do adesivo, lineres de papel siliconado ou plásticos invólucros de filme stretch nos fardos ou paletes.

2 -Acomodação automatizada dos produtos a serem embalados;
3 - Sequência de dobragem das abas superiores da caixa conforme programação do equipamento, sem a necessidade de agentes "externos” ou subprodutos de embalagem, como as colas e as fitas adesivas, por exemplo.
