O presente pedido de patente de modelo de utilidade refere-se a barra auxiliar portadora e duplicadora de ferramentas agrícolas (1), pertencente ao setor técnico dos implementos agrícolas, formada: por um trecho de estrutura retangular, horizontal, central (2); e por dois trechos de estrutura laterais, móveis, triangulares, iguais, simétricos (3), cada qual ligado articuladamente, através de articulações (4), em respectivas laterais do trecho de estrutura central (2); por um par de rodas centrais (5); por um par de rodas laterais (6); por longarina central (7); por engate central dianteiro (8), localizado na extremidade livre da longarina (7); por um par de engates laterais (9), cada qual localizado na extremidade livre do lado traseiro de respectivo trecho de estrutura lateral móvel (3); por um par de dispositivos hidráulicos (10), que movem os trechos de estrutura laterais móveis (3) entre a posição de uso e posição de transporte; e por engate central traseiro (11).

ARRANGEMENT INTRODUCED IN AUXILIARY BAR, CARRIER AND DUPLICATOR OF AGRICULTURAL TOOLS

INTRODUCTION

[001] O presente relatório descritivo refere-se a um pedido de patente de modelo de utilidade para barra auxiliar portadora e duplicadora de ferramentas agrícolas, pertencente ao setor técnico dos implementos agrícolas, que recebeu disposição para propiciar a movimentação de dois implementos agrícolas, preferentemente de tipo grades, subsoladores, plantadoras, quando em uso para gradear o solo e quando em desuso e na condição que deva ser transportado para o campo ou para fora deste.[001] This descriptive report refers to a patent application for a utility model for an auxiliary bar carrying and duplicating agricultural tools, belonging to the technical sector of agricultural implements, which was provided to provide the movement of two agricultural implements, preferably of the type harrows, subsoilers, planters, when in use to harrow the soil and when in disuse and in the condition that it must be transported to the field or outside it.

TECHNICAL STATUS

[002] Já é conhecido um implemento agrícola de tipo grade niveladora 100 formada essencialmente (fig. 14) : por uma pluralidade de discos paralelos 101, que atuam no solo; por estrutura trapezoidal (barra) 102-103 que suporta os discos, formada por trecho de estrutura central 102 que suporta um conjunto de discos centrais e por trechos de estrutura laterais articulados 103 que suportam respectivos conjuntos de discos laterais; por sistema hidráulico 104 que move os trechos de estruturas laterais 103 entre uma posição abaixada de uso e uma posição erguida para transporte; por sistema de rodagem 105, formado por rodas, previsto, pelo menos, no trecho de estrutura central 102; e por engate dianteiro 106 que engata no engate traseiro de um trator 110. Um equipamento desse pode conter uma grande quantidade de discos, por exemplo, cerca de 108 discos e o conjunto ter grande envergadura, cerca de 10m. Desse modo, atrás de um trator 110 normalmente é disposto uma só grade niveladora 100. There are situations arising from the area to be harrowed and/or economic aspects and/or related to other factors, in which there is an interest in obtaining a better efficiency in the operation, that is, to harrow a wider range of soil at each displacement of the equipment.

PROVISION OBJECTIVES

[003] Assim, o objetivo da presente patente de modelo de utilidade, é prover uma barra auxiliar porta-ferramentas que tenha uma disposição que propicie manejar uma maior faixa do solo a cada deslocamento de um equipamento agrícola.[003] Thus, the objective of the present utility model patent is to provide an auxiliary tool-holder bar that has an arrangement that allows handling a greater range of soil at each displacement of an agricultural equipment.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROVISION

[007] Tendo em vista, portanto, os problemas acima referidos e no propósito de superá-los e visando atender aos objetivos relacionados, foi desenvolvida a disposição em barra auxiliar portadora e duplicadora de ferramentas agrícolas, objeto do presente pedido de patente de modelo de utilidade, a qual é compreendida: por trecho de estrutura central horizontal e trechos de estrutura laterais, articulados naquele; por conjuntos de rodagem disposto sob referidos trechos de estrutura; por engate central dianteiro, disposto no trecho de estrutura central e que engata na traseira de um trator; por dois engates laterais traseiros, dispostos em respectivos trechos de estrutura laterais articulados e que engatam na frente de respectivos implementos agrícolas, preferencialmente grades niveladoras, quando do uso destas; por dispositivo hidráulico que move os trechos de estruturas laterais entre uma posição de uso, na qual ficam coplanar ao trecho de estrutura central e uma posição de transporte ortogonal a este; e por um engate central traseiro, usado na posição de transporte das grades niveladoras, o qual se engata em uma primeira grade niveladora, na traseira da qual se engata a outras grade niveladora.[007] In view, therefore, of the aforementioned problems and in order to overcome them and aiming to meet the related objectives, the arrangement in auxiliary bar carrying and duplicating agricultural tools was developed, object of this patent application for a model of utility, which is understood: by a section of horizontal central structure and sections of lateral structure, articulated in that; by sets of wheels arranged under said sections of structure; by front central hitch, arranged in the section of the central structure and that hitches the rear of a tractor; by two rear side couplings, arranged in respective sections of the articulated lateral structure and which engage in front of the respective agricultural implements, preferably leveling grids, when these are used; by a hydraulic device that moves the sections of lateral structures between a position of use, in which they are coplanar to the section of central structure and a transport position orthogonal to it; and by a central rear hitch, used in the transport position of the leveling harrows, which engages a first leveling harrow, at the rear of which it engages with other leveling harrows.
