Abstract

Disposição construtiva aplicada em calçado com sistema de absorção de umidade e circulação de ar interno, cujo objetivo consiste em oferecer ao usuário, de forma simultânea, a propriedade de reduzir a temperatura interna do calçado quando do seu uso, bem como manter os pés secos, através de sua propriedade de absorção de suor.

CONSTRUCTIVE PROVISION APPLIED ON FOOTWEAR WITH MOISTURE ABSORPTION AND INTERNAL AIR CIRCULATION SYSTEM

1 - O seguinte relatório descritivo de patente de modelo de utilidade refere-se ao desenvolvimento de uma disposição construtiva aplicada em calçado com sistema de absorção de umidade e circulação de ar interno, cujo objetivo consiste em oferecer ao usuário, de forma simultânea, a propriedade de reduzir a temperatura interna do calçado quando do seu uso, bem como manter os pés secos, através de sua propriedade de absorção de suor.1 - The following utility model patent descriptive report refers to the development of a constructive disposition applied to footwear with a moisture absorption system and internal air circulation, whose objective is to offer the user, simultaneously, the property to reduce the internal temperature of the shoe when using it, as well as to keep the feet dry, through its sweat-absorbing property.

STATUS OF TECHNIQUE.

4 - Em 17/08/2009, foi depositada a patente PI 0903230-4, denominada CALÇADO COM SISTEMA DE AREJAMENTO, TROCA DE AR E VENTILAÇÃO, referindo-se a um calçado dotado de uma palmilha interna que define um espaço para o ar entre sua superfície inferior e a sola do calçado, equipada com uma série de estruturas ocas e perfuradas que formam micro câmaras de ar, dispostas ao longo de toda a superfície de dita palmilha e que, com a pressão plantar do pé do usuário durante o movimento de caminhada, atuam como sanfonas e fazem o ar circular, sendo associadas a aberturas de entrada do ar dispostas na sola e perfuros e aberturas dispostos no cabedal do calçado, de modo a facilitar a entrada de ar fresco e forçar a saída do ar úmido formado dentro do mesmo.4 - On 08/17/2009, patent PI 0903230-4 was filed, called FOOTWEAR WITH AERATION, AIR EXCHANGE AND VENTILATION SYSTEM, referring to a shoe with an internal insole that defines a space for the air between its lower surface and the sole of the shoe, equipped with a series of hollow and perforated structures that form micro air chambers, arranged along the entire surface of said insole and which, with the plantar pressure of the user's foot during the movement of walking, act as accordions and circulate the air, being associated with air inlet openings arranged in the sole and perforations and openings arranged in the upper of the shoe, in order to facilitate the entry of fresh air and force the exit of the humid air formed inside the same.

5 - Em 14/03/1995, requereu-se a patente MU 7500431-3, denominada CALÇADO QUE FORNECE AR DA ATMOSFERA AMBIENTE PARA O INTERIOR DO MESMO QUANDO O USUÁRIO MOVE-SE DE UM LUGAR PARA OUTRO, consistindo em um calçado com dispositivo de bombeamento de ar, capaz de fornecer ar fresco da atmosfera ambiente para dentro do interior do calçado. O dispositivo de bombeamento de ar é destacável do calçado, de modo que ele pode ser limpo para remover poeira ou objetos estranhos que possam bloquear a passagem de fluxo de ar. O dispositivo de bombeamento de ar está localizado abaixo da parte dianteira de do pé usando o calçado. Quando o usuário dá um passo a frente, uma bolsa de ar é comprimida no momento que a parte dianteira do pé está sendo dobrado para elevar o calcanhar do solo, pelo que, gerando uma ação de bombeamento de ar. Quando a parte dianteira do pé estica-se novamente para frente, a bolsa de ar restaura a sua forma original, pelo que, sugando o ar. Conforme o usuário se move, o dispositivo de bombeamento de ar bombeará ar sucessivamente da atmosfera ambiente para o interior do calçado. A direção de fluxo de ar pode ser invertida, de modo a bombear ar de dentro do calçado para a atmosfera ambiente.5 - On 03/14/1995, patent MU 7500431-3 was applied for, called FOOTWEAR THAT PROVIDES AIR FROM THE ENVIRONMENTAL ATMOSPHERE TO THE INTERIOR WHEN THE USER MOVES FROM ONE PLACE TO ANOTHER, consisting of a shoe with a device pumping air, capable of supplying fresh air from the ambient atmosphere into the interior of the shoe. The air pumping device is detachable from the shoe so it can be cleaned to remove dust or foreign objects that could block the airflow path. The air pumping device is located under the forefoot of the foot wearing the shoe. When the user steps forward, an air pocket is compressed just as the forefoot is being bent to raise the heel off the ground, thereby generating an air-pumping action. When the forefoot stretches forward again, the air pocket restores its original shape, thereby sucking in air. As the wearer moves, the air pumping device will successively pump air from the ambient atmosphere into the shoe. The air flow direction can be reversed so as to pump air from inside the shoe to the ambient atmosphere.

6 - Em 17/11/1992, foi efetuado o pedido de patente PI 9204552-9, denominado SISTEMA DE VENTILAÇÃO E PURIFICAÇÃO DO AR DENTRO DO CALÇADO", compreendendo uma bomba com duas câmaras de sucção e expulsão do ar, com dutos de entrada, e de saída, sendo dita bomba alojada em rebaixo previsto no solado do calçado que é provido ainda com orifícios coletores do ar impuro, dutos de ventilação e condução do ar impuro e orifícios para eliminação do ar sugado de dentro do calçado, sendo a palmilha provida na parte traseira de uma abertura para fixação do acionador do êmbolo e na parte dianteira de uma pluralidade de pequenos furos para ventilação e sucção do ar, e sendo a entressola provida também com uma pluralidade coincidente de pequenos furos e o acionador do êmbolo consistindo de uma peça de perfil em forma de cunha e tendo inferiormente um rebaixo côncavo com um ressalto central.6 - On 11/17/1992, patent application PI 9204552-9 was filed, called AIR VENTILATION AND PURIFICATION SYSTEM INSIDE THE SHOES", comprising a pump with two air suction and expulsion chambers, with inlet ducts , and outlet, said pump being housed in a recess provided in the sole of the shoe, which is also provided with holes for collecting impure air, ventilation and impure air conduction ducts and holes for eliminating the air sucked from inside the shoe, being the insole provided at the rear with an opening for fixing the piston actuator and at the front with a plurality of small holes for ventilation and air suction, and the midsole being also provided with a coincident plurality of small holes and the piston actuator consisting of a wedge-shaped profile piece and inferiorly having a concave recess with a central shoulder.

7 - Em 17/06/2015, requereu-se a patente BR 11 2016 028837 8, denominada SAPATO VENTILADO, que compreende uma sola e um conjunto superior associado à mesma em uma região ascendente, o conjunto superior compreendendo: - uma parte superior externa, com a qual está associado um revestimento interno que é constituído, pelo menos parcialmente, por um primeiro elemento que define pelo menos um espaço intermediário que separa o pé do usuário do lado externo superior e é dotado de passagens preferenciais para o suor que se afasta do pé do usuário em direção à borda externa superior do sapato, - uma palmilha respirável, unida perimetricamente pelo menos ao revestimento interno.7 - On 06/17/2015, patent BR 11 2016 028837 8 was applied for, called VENTILATED SHOE, which comprises a sole and an upper set associated with it in an ascending region, the upper set comprising: - an outer upper part , with which an internal lining is associated which is constituted, at least partially, by a first element that defines at least an intermediate space that separates the user's foot from the upper external side and is provided with preferential passages for the sweat that moves away from the wearer's foot towards the upper outer edge of the shoe, - a breathable insole, perimetrically joined at least to the inner liner.

8 - Em 16/11/2010, foi solicitada a patente PI 1005118-0, denominada CALÇADO SUPER LEVE COM SISTEMA DE VENTILAÇÃO INTERNA E DISPOSITIVO DE ADERÊNCIA E ESTABILIZAÇÃO DA PISADA JUNTO AO SOLO EMBARCADOS, representado por uma solução inventiva na indústria e comércio calçadista, que garante a eficaz secagem da parte interna do calçado, eliminando a umidade em seu interior gerado pela transpiração e ou suor, sem que para tal seja necessário ao usuário final promover a retirada de seu interior do conjunto formado pela palmilha, e ainda confere estabilidade e diferenciada aderência da pisada, sendo que para tal dito calçado é provido de inédito sistema de ventilação formado pela introdução na no corpo da palmilha anti-fungicida de áreas de respiro e introdução no corpo do solado super flexível, de uma pluralidade de orifícios providos de resina, onde na parte inferior deste solado super flexível é definido um conjunto de nichos com função de acomodar a montagem e fixação dos elementos de látex estrutural, formado de peças, que definem o dispositivo de aderência e estabilização da pisada.8 - On 11/16/2010, patent PI 1005118-0 was requested, called SUPER LIGHT SHOES WITH INTERNAL VENTILATION SYSTEM AND DEVICE FOR ADHESION AND STABILIZATION OF THE FOOTSTEPS ON THE BOARDED GROUNDS, represented by an inventive solution in the footwear industry and trade , which ensures the effective drying of the inner part of the shoe, eliminating the moisture inside it generated by perspiration and/or sweat, without the end user having to remove the interior from the set formed by the insole, and also provides stability and differentiated grip of the footstep, and for this said shoe is provided with an unprecedented ventilation system formed by the introduction in the body of the anti-fungicide insole of breather areas and introduction in the body of the super flexible sole, a plurality of holes provided with resin, where at the bottom of this super flexible sole is defined a set of niches with the function of accommodating the assembly and fixing of the latex elements x structural, made up of parts, which define the device for gripping and stabilizing footsteps.

9 - Em 30/04/2004 foi requerida a patente MU 8401053-3, denominada DISPOSIÇÃO APLICADA EM CALÇADO COM SISTEMA DE VENTILAÇÃO, consistindo em um calçado a ser utilizado em ambientes com baixos índices de umidade e/ou poluição, com inédito sistema de ventilação em que o solado é dotado de orifícios justapostos, sobre o qual é instalada uma sobre sola telada que recepciona uma palmilha igualmente vazada, de modo a propiciar troca térmica entre o interior do solado e o ambiente, permitindo a utilização deste calçado por longos períodos ininterruptamente, sem o incômodo do ar quente e úmido característico do interior dos calçados.9 - On 04/30/2004, patent MU 8401053-3, called DISPOSITION APPLIED IN FOOTWEAR WITH VENTILATION SYSTEM, was applied for, consisting of a shoe to be used in environments with low levels of humidity and/or pollution, with an unprecedented system of ventilation in which the sole is provided with juxtaposed holes, over which a screened oversole is installed that receives an equally hollow insole, in order to provide thermal exchange between the interior of the sole and the environment, allowing the use of these shoes for long periods uninterruptedly, without the discomfort of the hot and humid air that is characteristic of the interior of the shoes.

10 - Em 08/07/2003, requereu-se a patente MU 8301488-8, denominada CALÇADO COM SISTEMA DE VENTILAÇÃO, tratando-se especialmente de um calçado passível de incorporar um inédito sistema de ventilação, através do qual uma pequena válvula é instalada na parte posterior do calçado, junto ao calcanhar, válvula esta que se comunica com o interior do solado, de modo que, ao caminhar, a pressão exercida na região do calcanhar, quando do contato com o solo, fecha a mencionada válvula criando certa depressão; de forma contrária, ao aliviar a dita pressão, a válvula se abre admitindo para o interior do calçado o ar externo, ou fresco, que circula internamente expulsando o ar quente e úmido para fora do calçado. Desta forma, se consegue promover uma "respiração" dos pés do usuário, evitando o suor e o seu consequente odor, oferecendo, em virtude disso, maior higiene e conforto.10 - On 07/08/2003, the patent MU 8301488-8, called FOOTWEAR WITH VENTILATION SYSTEM, was applied for, in particular a shoe capable of incorporating an unprecedented ventilation system, through which a small valve is installed on the back of the shoe, next to the heel, a valve that communicates with the interior of the sole, so that, when walking, the pressure exerted on the heel region, when in contact with the ground, closes said valve, creating a certain depression ; conversely, when relieving said pressure, the valve opens, admitting external or fresh air into the interior of the shoe, which circulates internally, expelling hot and humid air out of the shoe. In this way, it is possible to promote a "breathing" of the user's feet, avoiding sweat and its consequent odor, thus offering greater hygiene and comfort.

11 - Por fim, em 17/11/1992, foi depositada a patente PI 9204552-9, denominada SISTEMA DE VENTILAÇÃO E PURIFICAÇÃO DO AR DENTRO DO CALÇADO, compreendendo uma bomba com duas câmaras de sucção e expulsão do ar, com dutos de entrada e de saída, sendo dita bomba alojada em rebaixo previsto no solado do calçado que é provido ainda com orifícios coletores do ar impuro, dutos de ventilação e condução do ar impuro e orifícios para eliminação do ar sugado de dentro do calçado, sendo a palmilha provida na parte traseira de uma abertura (para fixação do acionador do êmbolo e na parte dianteira de uma pluralidade de pequenos furos para ventilação e sucção do ar, e sendo a entressola provida também com uma pluralidade coincidente de pequenos furos e o acionador do êmbolo consistindo de uma peça de perfil em forma de cunha e tendo inferiormente um rebaixo côncavo com um ressalto central.11 - Finally, on 11/17/1992, patent PI 9204552-9 was filed, called AIR VENTILATION AND PURIFICATION SYSTEM INSIDE THE SHOES, comprising a pump with two air suction and expulsion chambers, with inlet ducts and outlet, said pump being housed in a recess provided in the sole of the shoe, which is also provided with holes for collecting impure air, ventilation and impure air conduction ducts and holes for eliminating the air sucked from inside the shoe, with the insole being provided at the rear of an opening (for fixing the plunger driver and at the front of a plurality of small holes for ventilation and air suction, and the midsole being also provided with a coincident plurality of small holes and the plunger driver consisting of a wedge-shaped profile piece and inferiorly having a concave recess with a central shoulder.

12 - Contudo, no que se refere exclusivamente para a função de contenção de umidade interna, em pesquisa realizada junto a base de dados do INPI, localizamos apenas a patente BR 20 2014 030887 9, depositada em 10/12/2014, denominada DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA APLICADA EM CALÇADO ANTI-UMIDADE, referindo-se mais precisamente a um sapato com uma aplicação removível de uma polaina impermeável, sendo que este aperfeiçoamento proporciona ao usuário uma maior proteção contra água e/ou outros líquidos existente em locais que necessitam de higienização.12 - However, with regard exclusively to the internal moisture containment function, in a survey conducted with the INPI database, we found only patent BR 20 2014 030887 9, filed on 12/10/2014, called CONSTRUCTIVE DISPOSITION APPLIED IN ANTI-MOISTURE SHOES, referring more precisely to a shoe with a removable application of a waterproof gaiter, and this improvement provides the user with greater protection against water and/or other liquids existing in places that need cleaning.

13 - Posto isso, não se conhece nenhum tipo de disposição construtiva aplicada a qualquer tipo de calçado, que apresente uma aplicação capaz de, simultaneamente, absorver a umidade interna do calçado ao passo que promove circulação interna de ar quando em uso, conforme características descritas à seguir.13 - That said, there is no known constructive disposition applied to any type of footwear, which presents an application capable of simultaneously absorbing the internal moisture of the footwear while promoting internal air circulation when in use, according to the characteristics described Next.

PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

14 - Devido às considerações pertinentes ao estado da técnica é objeto do presente pedido o desenvolvimento de disposição construtiva aplicada em calçado com sistema de absorção de umidade e circulação de ar interno, consistindo em calçado que reúne simultaneamente as propriedades de circulação de ar interna e absorção de suor, sendo um calçado que possui uma aplicação interna composta de um revestimento à base de fios de poliamida 6.6, que possui alta higroscopia (próxima a de uma fibra natural), com uma capacidade de absorção de umidade triplamente mais rápida, bem como alto poder de drenagem e secagem, permitindo que os pés sequem de forma mais rápida. A ação de redução de temperatura interna ainda é potencializada pelo sistema de bombeamento interno de ar onde, através de bolhas especiais existentes no solado e um sistema de canais de condução de ar incutidos na palmilha do produto, permitindo que o ar flua de forma constante dentro do modelo, através da ação mecânica do caminhar, auxiliando no processo de secagem dos tecidos.14 - Due to considerations relevant to the state of the art, the object of this application is the development of a constructive disposition applied to footwear with a moisture absorption and internal air circulation system, consisting of footwear that simultaneously combines the properties of internal air circulation and absorption of sweat, being a shoe that has an internal application composed of a coating based on polyamide 6.6 threads, which has high hygroscopicity (close to that of a natural fiber), with a triple faster moisture absorption capacity, as well as high Draining and drying power, allowing feet to dry faster. ALLEGATIONS

19 - Disposição construtiva aplicada em calçado com sistema de absorção de umidade e circulação de ar interno, composta por um cabedal (1), entressola (2), solado (3) e palmilha (9).19 - Constructive arrangement applied to footwear with a moisture absorption system and internal air circulation, consisting of an upper (1), midsole (2), sole (3) and insole (9).

20 - Disposição construtiva aplicada em calçado com sistema de absorção de umidade e circulação de ar interno, cuja palmilha (9) apresenta perfilamentos de furos (6) dispostos em quatro locais diferentes que se conectam com os mesmos perfilamentos de furos dispostos na entressola (2), sendo que estes furos são responsáveis pela circulação de ar dentro do calçado. Observa-se também a presença de furos ligeiramente maiores (7) dispostos igualmente em quatro locais distintos, estes por sua vez localizados dentro hexágonos (5) da palmilha (9) que se conectam com regiões circulares (10) dispostos na entressola (2).20 - Constructive arrangement applied to footwear with a moisture absorption system and internal air circulation, whose insole (9) has hole profiles (6) arranged in four different locations that connect with the same hole profiles arranged in the midsole (2 ), and these holes are responsible for air circulation inside the shoe.
