Abstract

“DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA APLICADA A MALAS DE VIAGENS, FRASQUEIRAS, BOLSAS E OBJETOS ASSEMELHADOS PARA FINS DE PERSONALIZAÇÃO DOS MESMOS E PROCESSO PARA PRODUÇÃO DE CASCOS PARA REFERIDAS PEÇAS”, mais especificamente, referem-se a cascos que compõem as paredes laterais de malas de viagem, dotadas de rodízios ou não, bolsas, frasqueiras, nécessaires ou receptáculos assemelhados, destinados à acomodação de pertences ou coisas de pessoas utilizadas em viagens ou deslocamentos diários.
Referidos cascos permitem personalizar malas de viagens, bolsas e objetos afins, por meio de gravação interna em placas de pet que são moldadas e agregadas às estruturas das referidas malas, oferecendo resistência contra descoloração e danos às gravações. Os cascos são favoráveis à conservação do meio ambiente, uma vez que permitem a reciclagem de materiais plásticos tantas vezes quanto necessário. "CONSTRUCTIVE PROVISION APPLIED TO TRAVEL BAGS, FRAMES, BAGS AND SIMILAR OBJECTS FOR THE PURPOSES OF CUSTOMIZING THEM AND PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF HULLS FOR SUCH PARTS", more specifically, refer to hulls that make up the side walls of travel bags, equipped with casters or not, bags, flasks, necesaries or similar receptacles, intended for the accommodation of belongings or things belonging to people used in daily trips or displacements.
Said hulls allow to customize travel bags, bags and similar objects, through internal engraving on pet plates that are molded and added to the structures of said bags, offering resistance against discoloration and damage to the engravings. The hulls are environmentally friendly as they allow plastic materials to be recycled as often as necessary. They can be produced individually quickly and efficiently for a single consumer. Also in large quantities for companies, promotional campaigns or various uses.

CONSTRUCTIVE PROVISION APPLIED TO TRAVEL SUITCASES, FRAMES, BAGS AND SIMILAR OBJECTS FOR THE PURPOSES OF CUSTOMIZING THEM AND PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF HULLS FOR SUCH PARTS

TECHNICAL FIELD

[001] O presente modelo de utilidade se refere à disposição construtiva aplicada a cascos que compõem cada lado, frontal e traseiro, das malas de viagens e/ou de frasqueiras e bolsas em geral, bem como objetos a elas assemelhados, sendo referidos cascos paredes que formam as referidas peças, sustentando-as em posição vertical. Refere-se, também, ao método de produção de casco personalizado e reciclável.[001] This utility model refers to the constructive disposition applied to hulls that make up each side, front and rear, of travel bags and/or flasks and bags in general, as well as objects similar to them, referred to as hulls and walls that form said pieces, supporting them in a vertical position. HISTORY OF THE TECHNIQUE

[002] Malas, bolsas, nécessaires e fraqueiras são itens indispensáveis quando se pensa na acomodação ou guarda de coisas em geral, desde os menores aos maiores objetos que possam ser necessários ao dia a dia das pessoas. Por onde se movimentam, em deslocamentos curtos ou longos, pessoas conduzem consigo seus pertences, acomodando-os no tamanho ideal de receptáculo de sua preferência.[002] Suitcases, purses, necessaries and case bags are essential items when thinking about the accommodation or storage of things in general, from the smallest to the largest objects that may be needed in people's daily lives. [003] Notadamente, no tocante a viagens, nacionais e transnacionais, pessoas chegam e partem de rodoviárias, portos e aeroportos levando consigo as tradicionais malas, nos mais variados tamanhos e formatos, dotadas de rodízios que permitem o deslocamento sem dispensar grande esforço do usuário. Referidas malas de viagem são frequentemente vistas em aeroportos, especialmente em voos internacionais; geralmente são dotadas de formato retangular, de altura média a grande, possuindo rodízios, alça e varetas auxiliares de condução.[003] Notably, with regard to travel, national and transnational, people arrive and depart from bus stations, ports and airports taking with them traditional suitcases, in the most varied sizes and formats, equipped with wheels that allow displacement without expending great effort from the user . STATE OF TECHNIQUE ANALYSIS

Referido método, todavia, revela-se diverso em relação à presente invenção, resultando em produto distinto.[009] US patent no. OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION

[010] Com objetivo de proporcionar ao mercado em geral, notadamente ao mercado de viagens, turismo e de lazer, ao mercado de lojas distribuidoras de bolsas e artigos afins e, particularmente, ao consumidor final, o requerente desenvolveu casco inovador destinado a compor os lados, frontal e traseiro, de malas de viagens dotadas de rodízios, malas comuns, bolsas, frasqueiras, nécessaires e objetos assemelhados. Referido casco é fabricado por processo de termoformagem e impressão digital direta exclusiva, sendo oriundo de material reciclado como, por exemplo, de garrafas plásticas de refrigerante de 2 litros. Posteriormente, o casco é apto a ser reciclado novamente, tendo-se em vista que é composto de resina, um polímero poliéster termoplástico reciclado usualmente denominado PET.[010] In order to provide the market in general, notably the travel, tourism and leisure market, the market of handbags and related articles and, particularly, the final consumer, the applicant developed an innovative hull designed to compose the sides, front and rear, of travel bags equipped with castors, common bags, purses, flasks, toiletries and similar objects. Afterwards, the hull is able to be recycled again, considering that it is composed of resin, a recycled thermoplastic polyester polymer usually called PET.

[011] O casco resultante do processo de fabricação é um produto leve, resistente, bonito e exclusivo, podendo ser substituído a qualquer tempo a gosto do possuidor por mero desejo de substituir a decoração ou inscrição da mala, bolsa ou objeto semelhante, ou, por outro lado, para efetuar reparo em decorrência de eventual dano.
Na substituição da decoração ou inscrição temos que a mala, bolsa ou assemelhado é, desta forma, personalizado novamente, uma vez que o consumidor pode escolher desenho ou decoração que mais lhe convenha e, em seguida, referida decoração ou desenho é inserido no casco por processo de incorporação interna que vai compô-lo. This internal incorporation process prevents the decoration or design from being damaged or discolored and losing its identification, since the external surface of the aforementioned hull will not cause damage to the internally inserted image.

[012] Por ser totalmente composto de material reciclável, referido casco é um produto amigo do meio ambiente, pois elimina enorme quantidade de descarte de garrafas do tipo pet que seriam normalmente depositadas em aterros sanitários ou descartadas de forma aleatória. Para cada casco de tamanho pequeno destinado a mala de viagem com dimensões de 55 cm de altura, por 35 cm de comprimento, por 25 cm de largura, são necessárias vinte e quatro garrafas pet de dois litros, evitando descarte danoso à natureza de vinte e quatro das referidas garrafas/casco e, desta forma, contribuindo para constante reuso do material que poderia permanecer por longo tempo nos aterros sanitários ou flutuar pelos mares e oceanos. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE OBJECT

[019] Com referência aos desenhos ilustrados, o presente modelo de utilidade se refere a “DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA APLICADA A MALAS DE VIAGENS, FRASQUEIRAS, BOLSAS E OBJETOS ASSEMELHADOS PARA FINS DE PERSONALIZAÇÃO DOS MESMOS E PROCESSO PARA PRODUÇÃO DE CASCOS PARA REFERIDAS PEÇAS”, mais precisamente se refere às paredes laterais, ou cascos, (C) que compõem cada lado de malas de viagens, dotadas de rodízios (E) ou não, doravante denominadas cascos (C) de mala, fabricados de material reciclado oriundo de garrafas de refrigerante, comumente garrafas de dois litros.
