Abstract
PLACA MODULAR COM AMORTECIMENTO DE IMPACTO PARA PISO VINÍLICO E OUTROS ACABAMENTOS refere-se a uma placa modular com um inovador sistema de amortecimento de impacto, através de pinos ovais produzidos em borracha elastômera termoplástica encaixados em uma base estrutural, de modo a reduzir o impacto nas articulações dos usuários e aumentar o desempenho esportivo. Essas placas com sistema de amortecimento auxiliam ainda na acústica do revestimento. A base da estrutura conta com uma tecnologia de encaixes laterais macho e fêmea atuando como uma junta de dilatação muito útil quando instalados em locais de climas extremos, em contrapisos desnivelados ou com pequenas rachaduras, ou em situações onde ocorra umidade significativa no contrapiso. As placas modulares podem ser instaladas em diversos tipos de ambientes, externos e internos, desde quadras de esportes até ambientes infantis, sendo possível a sobreposição de texturas personalizadas encaixadas nas placas, como, por exemplo, grama sintética, piso vinílico, etc. 
Description
[001] A presente Patente de Invenção refere-se a uma placa modular com um inovador sistema de amortecimento de impacto, através de pinos ovais produzidos em borracha elastômera termoplástica encaixados em uma base estrutural, de modo a reduzir o impacto nas articulações dos usuários e aumentar o desempenho esportivo. Essas placas com sistema de amortecimento auxiliam ainda na acústica do revestimento. A base da estrutura conta com uma tecnologia de encaixes laterais macho e fêmea atuando como uma junta de dilatação muito útil quando instalados em locais de climas extremos, em contrapisos desnivelados ou com pequenas rachaduras, ou em situações onde ocorra umidade significativa no contrapiso. As placas modulares podem ser instaladas em diversos tipos de ambientes, externos e internos, desde quadras de esportes até ambientes infantis, sendo possível a sobreposição de texturas personalizadas encaixadas nas placas, como, por exemplo, grama sintética, piso vinílico, etc.[001] The present invention patent refers to a modular plate with an innovative impact damping system, through oval pins produced in thermoplastic elastomer rubber fitted in a structural base, in order to reduce the impact on the users' joints and increase sporting performance. - • Permite que sobre as placas modulares possam ser instalados diversos tipos de acabamento, a depender da escolha e/ou necessidade do usuário, tais como placas vinílicas, grama sintética, laminados em geral entre outros;
- • Facilidade de manutenção, substituição das placas modulares ou mesmo somente do acabamento das mesmas;
- • Permite a instalação em pisos originalmente desnivelados e com avarias, como por exemplo rachaduras;
- • Permite amortecimento dos passos dos usuários, e também de quedas aleatórias diminuindo o impacto, sendo este um fator importante em ambientes com crianças, como escolinhas e creches.
