"ARRANGEMENT APPLIED IN SINGLE DOSE OF INK, USED IN SKIN PIGMENTATION TECHNIQUES FOR LOSS OF TISSUE INTEGRITY, PACKED IN DISPOSABLE AND RECYCLABLE PACKAGING" [001] This specification describes the application for a utility model patent for a utility model patent. new way of presenting and selling products classified as risk grade III by ANVISA, more specifically paints directed at tattooing, dermopigmentation, permanent makeup and micropigmentation, techniques performed by devices that pierce or cut the skin in the pigmentation process.

To enter the registration process, she has to prove that these tests have been carried out and the results are effective.

[003] The tests follow national and international standards and check, among others, the toxicity and biocompatibility of the product. The tattoo ink that is sold without having undergone all of this verification runs the risk of being contaminated with bacteria and fungi and can trigger a mild or severe allergic reaction, which can cause irreparable damage to health.

2/8 [004] In any case, these precautions should not only be applied to paints, but also to their packaging. Commonly sold in plastic bottles with a volume of 8ml to 240ml, translucent or not, the paints, in contact with the medium, that is, after opening their bottle, have an expiration date of three to six months, and must be discarded when this is outdated.

[005] As a rule, on the website of the Ministry of Health, more specifically on the “Health Blog”, there is a specification that “the paints must be fractionated for each client, and the leftovers must be discarded”. This is a common practice only in more sophisticated tattoo studios and skin pigmentation clinics, since the package, after opened, holds a large amount of ink, which may already be contaminated, depending on the professional's care, or exceed its deadline for exposure to the environment without being discarded. Still, the information about the expiration date on the label of the packaging of these products refers, except for a few cases, only to the expiration date of the closed, sealed product, hiding the useful period for these products after opening the packaging, where such information can be found only in the product leaflet and very few professionals read and comply.

[006] These practices, which are dangerous to public health, however common, pose risks to the people involved, resulting in contamination and skin infections, not only for the tattooed but also for the tattoo artist.

[007] In relation to the foregoing and only as an example, the document BR 202018007853-0, entitled “CONSTRUCTIVE DISPOSITION INTRODUCED IN A PACKAGING FOR AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS”, which requires a package made with polypropylene yarns or

3/8 polyethylene, which comprises a tubular body in the shape of a tubular bag for the storage of onions, vegetables and the like, provided with an opening in the mouth, characterized by receiving a reinforcement obtained in the said opening in the mouth by the application of polypropylene or polyethylene film for sealing the respective opening in the mouth of the tubular body.

[008] It is also known to the industry that BOPP is the acronym for the English term “bi-axially oriented polypropylene”, which in Portuguese refers to Bioriented Polypropylene, a material that makes up a highly resistant plastic film widely used in the manufacture of flexible packaging. It gives a strong visual appeal to the product at the points of sale, for being brilliant and for the versatility it offers. BOPP can be transparent, opaque, matte or metallic. It is used because it is light, easy to print and laminate.

[009] Still, this material offers a great ease of processing, due to surface treatment, additives and resistance to high temperatures. The printing, lamination, sealing and sliding of the packages are facilitated with the use of BOPP. The material can be used in different types of printing, such as flexography, letter-press, digital and screen printing, and is also ideal for the manufacture of packaging for food products, since it protects against gases, humidity and wide variations in temperature.

[010] Despite the professionals' knowledge regarding measures for biosafety and protection in the handling of biological material, such as the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and disinfection and sterilization methods, necessary for the practice of the tattooing process that involves loss of tissue integrity, little is required from the practice of using and reusing the ink. According to the National Health Surveillance Agency, the act of tattooing

4/8 must be performed with sterile instruments, in a specific place, with separation for reception, procedure and processing of materials and everything that is not disposable must be cleaned, disinfected and / or sterilized. Despite this, it is known that the ink, obviously, cannot be cleaned, disinfected or sterilized after opening its packaging.

Objective of the patent [011] According to what has been explained in the state of the art, the inventor comes, through this patent application, to propose a new way to commercialize tattoo inks, dermopigmentation, permanent makeup and micropigmentation, which has as objectives :

• Avoid wasting ink by drying;

• Avoid biological contamination of the product;

• Eliminate the possibility of biological infection by contaminated product;

• Improve the cost benefit;

• Make it practical to use;

• Contribute to increasing hygiene and biosafety in tattoo environments and other skin pigmentation practices;

• Give the professional the option of acquiring the color of the paint in a variable quantity according to the colors he uses most, and no longer by fixed volume;

• Increase the shelf life of the closed product;

• Impossible to reuse the paint;

Detailed description [014] Thus, in accordance with the attached drawings, the “ARRANGEMENT APPLIED IN A SINGLE DOSE OF INK, USED IN SKIN PIGMENTATION TECHNIQUES FOR LOSS OF TISSUE INTEGRITY, PACKED IN A DISPOSABLE AND RECYCLABLE PACKAGE”, new way of packaging and marketing products considered to be at risk level III by ANVISA, more specifically paints for intramedical use in dermopigmentation, permanent makeup, micropigmentation and tattooing practices.

[015] Thus, with the use of a packaging machine suitable for BOPP, PET or similar recyclable plastic material, which can be a doser with sealer and compressor, a filling machine with positive date and pump or other similar equipment, the producer must fill between 0.5g and 10g (or its equivalent in ml) of ink for pigmentation of the dermis in a package preferably of B OPP or PET (more specifically PET 12 / PE 60), sealed, that is, a sachet (1) containing a “Single dose” or single dose and which may or may not receive cutout (2) serrated or single tear for easy opening at its edges. For its material, the sachet (1) may receive the proper sterilization recommended by ANVISA for this type of product already packaged.

[017] The sachet (1) may or may not receive a translucent finish so that the professional, in the garden of choice, can see the exact color of the paint he is acquiring, without errors. This sachet package (1) can be printed by any viable means of graphic art, logo, specifications, ingredients, etc. In addition, of course, you will receive and display the expiry date of the packaged product.

[018] Thus, the professional / artist, whether a tattoo artist or a micropigmenter, will acquire the sachet (1) in the desired dosage, that is, the color that is least used in a job can be purchased in 1.5g packs , for example, increasing the volume according to the coloring that usually requires a greater quantity in the execution of a job (tattoo or makeup).

[019] In possession of his ink sachets (1), the professional, at his workplace, after receiving and preparing the customer, will open the sachet (1) with the desired color and volume and pour its contents into a container appropriate for your use. If it is necessary to add more paint, it is enough for the professional to open a new sachet (1) of the same color (or another one in case of mixtures) and pour the contents in the same container. Once the sachet (1) is opened, the reuse of the paint, which may be left over, is not viable either because of the dosage, where the choice of the sachet volume (1) allows that there is not enough volume of paint after application, as due to the impossibility of putting the ink back into the open packaging. 8/8 provided by this innovative form of presentation (in sachets (1)) makes the practice of reusing the ink for money saving reasons no longer make sense.

[020] As the packaging / sachets (1) are entirely manufactured in BOPP, they can easily be disposed of in a recycling bin suitable for recycling and subsequently taken to a plastic materials recycling center.

[02 1] This form of presentation and commercialization of the product (ink) is, therefore, new and complies with the objectives foreseen by the inventor and by the current health legislation. The invention, applicable on a large scale, presents a simple, inexpensive and effective solution for the protection of human health worldwide when practicing pigmentation of the dermis and, moreover, with a great contribution to the environment.
