32. Durante o desenvolvimento do referido produto, foram realizadas inúmeras pesquisas para identificar a existência de eventuais anterioridades ou produtos afins. Os processos citados nos parágrafos 36, 37 e 38 referem-se ao estado da técnica existente no respectivo segmento, consideráveis úteis a busca e a compreensão, já o produto pleiteado patente por meio deste relatório, diferencia-se por: seu material principal, o poliestireno expansível, ser mais leve, ser um bom isolante térmico e acústico, tendo um design que permite construir ângulos retos e a facilidade de moldar suas medidas, possibilitando a fácil incorporação a fôrma de pilares, além de permitir a passagem de cabos e tubulações, dispensando assim conduites nos trechos verticais. A união de suas peças é feita através de encaixe em anéis (2) semelhante ao “sistema de cavilhas” utilizados no setor moveleiro, sendo assim, distinto dos processos BR202012019292-1, MU7600456-2 e MU7802675-0 que seus sistemas de encaixe são feitos através do sistema “macho/fêmea” e não possuem a facilidade de passar cabeamentos pelo seu interior.39.
