Description

“DEVICE FOR SEPARATING PAGES IN SPIRAL NOTEBOOKS AND BOOKMARKS AND BOOKMARKER” [001] This specification describes the Invention Patent to a device designed to separate pages in notebooks with spirals and mark pages in common books and magazines, characterized by being equipped with functional improvements, in addition to fundamental requirements of novelty and inventive act, thus providing more comfort for users.

[002] Currently, on the market there are only tabs and bookmarks made from strips of cardboard, which are placed between the pages of notebooks, handouts, books and magazines. There is an inconvenience in the use of these models, because they can come loose due to the handling of reading objects, forcing the user to search again for the page that was separated or marked.

[003] In order to solve this inconvenience, the present invention was developed, through which, aiming to provide means to facilitate reading for users, the device was developed that is fixed on the spiral of the notebook or on the pages of the book for reading thus providing a greater degree of efficiency in terms of improving reading with more comfort for users.

[004] Said device consists basically of a portfolio that contains detachable elements that configure a ruler, a dozen page separators, in addition to a dozen bookmarks.
