Trata-se de uma disposição construtiva aplicada em tampa, pertencente ao campo de aplicação dos artefatos de tamponagem e vedação segura de recipientes, dita tampa apresentando corpo substancialmente discoide (1), definindo superiormente uma flange (2) de borda circular plana (3), ladeada por um sulco (4) adjacente a uma elevação anelar de superfície arredondada (5), formando uma parede contornante (6) a um segundo sulco mais espaçado (7) que circunda uma plataforma central cônica (8), também de superfície circular planificada (9), sem cantos vivos (10), sendo que seu perfil lateral revela uma faixa diametral mais reduzida (11), intercalada por saliências de travamento paralelas unidas e oblíquas (12), finalizadas por uma segunda faixa base mais espessa (13), enquanto que inferiormente se observa internamente uma delgada parede circular (14), originando um pequeno sulco interno (15)." [001] Tem por objeto a apresentação do pedido de patente de modelo de utilidade condizente a uma disposição construtiva aplicada em tampa, enquadrada mais precisamente no campo de aplicação dos artefatos de tamponagem e vedação segura de recipientes.[001] Its purpose is to present the application for a patent for a utility model consistent with a constructive arrangement applied to a lid, more precisely framed in the field of application of plugging artifacts and safe sealing of containers.

[006] No que se refere ao estado da técnica, podem ser citados alguns documentos pertencentes ao mesmo campo operacional desse tipo de objeto, os quais, no entanto, não alcançam o mérito do ato inventivo ora revelado e pleiteado, tais como: - BR102012019264-0, referente a uma tampa para lata compreendendo uma parede tubular periférica que carrega superiormente uma nervura circunferencial externa e um painel mediano, tendo sua borda contornante incorporada à parede tubular periférica e uma região central, sendo que o painel mediano incorpora um meio de reforço estrutural definido por uma pluralidade de ressaltos projetantes para pelo menos um dos lados do mesmo, dispostos de forma afastados entre si e ocupando pelo menos uma região do citado painel mediano submetida a maiores esforços quando do fechamento da tampa na abertura superior da lata; - MU 8902656-0, condizente a uma disposição construtiva aplicada em gargalo com tampa rosca acoplável em lata para armazenamento de líquidos, compreendendo uma peça predominantemente cilíndrica e cônica com uma base de fixação na parte inferior que é acoplada na borda superior da lata, por onde o líquido passa, onde a referida peça ainda possui um anel de apoio para manuseio do gargalo, situado abaixo da tampa rosca, responsável pela abertura e fechamento do canal por onde passará o líquido contido na lata; - MU 8802980-8, diz respeito a um aperfeiçoamento aplicado em tampa para lata compreendido por um corpo principal constituído a partir de uma folha-de-flandres, de formato circular ou outra figura geométrica qualquer, que detém centralmente um repuxo negativo central, que projeta um repuxo positivo ladeado por uma cavidade, formada por um repuxo negativo, findando-se em um raio de onde estende-se uma parede interna, que projeta na seção inferior na face interna, obliquamente um anel guia, enquanto a parede externa, em sua face externa, detém um rebaixo circular formando uma área de clipagem, tendo a face traseira projetando um ressalto, sendo a seção superior provida de aba contornante, com raio negativo de perfil transversal cilíndrico; - PI 0802598-3, apresentando uma tampa metálica para lata que compreende uma parede de fundo incorporando uma parede lateral a ser assentada e axialmente retida no interior de uma sede definida por uma abertura da lata, onde a parede de fundo apresenta uma porção anelar periférica, uma porção mediana e uma porção de friso anelar em forma aproximada de "U" invertido, unido as porções anelares periférica e mediana, sendo que a porção mediana compreende um painel anelar e um painel central unidos entre si por uma porção de degrau axial, enquanto que uma borda periférica externa do painel anelar é incorporada ao friso anelar, dita porção de degrau axial sendo constituída por material plasticamente deformado das adjacentes porções dos painéis anelar e central; - MU 8801705-2, que trata de uma disposição construtiva aplicada em lata retangular com tampa para acondicionamento de tinta, compreendida por um corpo principal formado a partir de uma tampa, invólucro e fundo, todos obtidos a partir de folha-de-flandres, sendo o dito invólucro de formato retangular, cuja seção inferior recebe um fundo fixado através de soldagem, formando uma aba contornante inferior, enquanto a seção superior detém uma chapa de fechamento fixado através de soldagem, originando uma aba contornante superior e centralmente projetada de forma comunicante com a cavidade acondicionadora do invólucro, sendo que o dito furo recebe o acoplamento de um repuxo positivo externo de perfil transversal retangular, disposto na seção inferior da tampa, enquanto a secção superior detém uma aba contornante formando uma cavidade anelar provida de anel oblíquo.[006] With regard to the state of the art, some documents belonging to the same operational field of this type of object can be cited, which, however, do not reach the merit of the inventive act now disclosed and claimed, such as: - BR102012019264 -0, referring to a lid for a can comprising a peripheral tubular wall that bears an external circumferential rib above and a median panel, having its contoured edge incorporated into the peripheral tubular wall and a central region, the median panel incorporating a reinforcing means structural defined by a plurality of protrusions projecting to at least one of its sides, arranged at a distance from each other and occupying at least a region of said median panel subjected to greater efforts when closing the lid in the upper opening of the can; - PI 0802598-3, presenting a metal lid for a can comprising a bottom wall incorporating a side wall to be seated and axially retained inside a seat defined by an opening of the can, where the bottom wall has a peripheral ring portion , a median portion and an annular frieze portion in the approximate shape of an inverted "U", joined to the peripheral and median annular portions, the medial portion comprising an annular panel and a central panel joined together by an axial step portion, while an outer peripheral edge of the annular panel is incorporated into the annular rib, said axial step portion being constituted by plastically deformed material from adjacent portions of the annular and central panels; - MU 8801705-2, which deals with a constructive arrangement applied to a rectangular can with a lid for storing paint, comprising a main body formed from a lid, casing and bottom, all obtained from tinplate, said enclosure being rectangular in shape, whose lower section receives a bottom fixed through welding, forming a lower contouring flap, while the upper section holds a closing plate fixed through welding, originating an upper contouring flap centrally projected in a communicating manner with the casing housing cavity, said hole receiving the coupling of an external positive fountain with a rectangular transverse profile, arranged in the lower section of the lid, while the upper section has a contoured rim forming an annular cavity provided with an oblique ring.
