FIELD OF THE INVENTION [001] The present invention concerns a protector for gastrostomy, jejunostomy and boton. Such protector is applied in the field of medical sciences.

STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE [002] The gastrostomy / jejunostomy / button probe is one of the means used to replace the normal route, for children or adults, for those who cannot or should not use oral feeding for any reason, the mentioned probes above guarantee the proper administration of food, medication and water to the patient and consequently the maintenance of life. SUMMARY [012] The present invention describes a protector for gastrostomy, jejunostomy and button created to provide more safety, protection, comfort and ease to the user patient, allowing a fixation of the probe inside the support, the visualization of the skin around the tube of the probe and administrations can be done without opening the protector completely in place, and facilitating its handling.

[013] The present invention is formed by a belt, flexible or not, that can be adjusted to the size of the user's abdominal circumference, be it adult, child or baby, which has a fabric attached to it. Such a brace can be made of elastic material, fabric, or any other material that allows fixation on the patient's abdominal circumference.

[014] The fabric attached to the strap consists of two parts: a back part and a front part. Each of the parts (anterior and posterior) can be composed of two layers of fabric with an interlining between the two layers, in one modality. When viewing the skin through the circular opening, it is possible to monitor it daily, in addition to performing local cleaning without the need to remove the protector. Visualization of the skin is of paramount importance in the detection of lesions related to the probe and in the preparation of wound dressings.

[016] Also in the front part, there is a probe fixator, composed of two flaps adhering to each other, which fix the probe in place, for its stabilization. The probe must be fixed with a certain angle or smooth curve to prevent it from moving, and preventing complications such as burial of the probe, hyperemia around the support, outflow of gastric contents, granuloma, among others.

[017] At the rear, there is a rectangular opening (slit), to facilitate the handling of the probe without the need to open all the adhesive material between the posterior and anterior parts, thus giving greater durability to the adhesive material, consequently the probe protector. .

[018] In this way, the protector protects the probe from any external inconveniences, in addition to keeping the probe stabilized fixed through the fixing tabs, the visualization of the skin around the tube allows daily assessment of the location, in addition to cleaning without removing the protector, and also during administrations, where you have the option of not opening the protector completely.

Protector for gastrostomy, jejunostomy and button, characterized by having an abdominal band attached to an anterior part of tissue, which has a hollow circle in the center, and which has a support for the probe consisting of two strips adhering to each other; a posterior part of fabric containing a vertical opening (slit) and means for joining the posterior part with the anterior part on three of the sides, the fourth side being fixed to the anterior part of the fabric.
