Abstract

A presente Patente de Modelo de Utilidade refere-se a uma inovadora disposição construtiva a ser aplicada em comedouro externo para bovinos de forma que o bovino tem sempre ração renovada à sua disposição, otimizando o consumo e refletindo diretamente em qualidade e aumento de peso do gado. [002] O estado da técnica referente ao presente assunto é composto pelos cochos em ambiente interno e pelo pasto em ambiente externo para alimentação de bovinos. Sabemos que as pastagens constituem a principal fonte de alimentos para bovinos, porém nem sempre são suficientes, necessitando de suplementação por meio de ração, proporcionando uma dieta equilibrada, essencial para a saúde animal, além do aumento da produtividade. Para que se possa oferecer alimentação adequada em ambientes abertos é necessário o uso de comedouros também chamados de cochos. Cochos são dispositivos feitos geralmente de tronco de árvores cavado, que podem ser usados para beber ou comer. Porém existem cochos feitos de cimento, plástico, alumínio entre outros materiais, podendo ser cobertos ou não. Na literatura patentária encontramos diversos modelos de cochos usados tanto como comedouros quanto bebedouros. Tem-se CA2406354 onde é apresentado um dispositivo para fornecer automaticamente pelo menos dois tipos de ração aos animas, como vacas. O referido dispositivo é provido de vários funis, cada um pode conter uma reserva de um tipo particular de ração e uma sala de alimentação acessível ao animal, possuindo também um sistema de controle com memória de dados em relação a cada animal da propriedade, como padrão de ingestão e necessidade, assim quando o sinal é gerado pelo menos um tipo de ração é fornecida. Por se tratar de um sistema complexo, sua instalação e adequação a necessidade no campo o torna mais difícil de ser utilizado. Já a CA2382365 mostra um dispositivo para fornecer ração a animais, que possui uma tremonha para conter o estoque de ração, uma sala de alimentação que é acessível ao animal e meios de transporte para transportar a ração da tremonha para a sala de alimentação. A US3324833 refere-se a um equipamento de alimentação cuja cobertura protege continuamente o gado do vento enquanto se alimenta, mudando de posição independente da direção específica do vento. A UA20164 refere-se a um comedouro destinada a alimentação de porcos, dificilmente adaptável a alimentação da animais maiores. A CA259860 mostra um alimentador de gado aperfeiçoado e adaptado para alimentar porcos ou ovelhas, possuindo estrutura muito semelhante aos cochos já utilizados em propriedades rurais. A ES91572 refere-se a um alimentador para gado que possui estrutura fechada para armazenagem do alimento e várias aberturas laterais por onde os animais introduzirão a cabeça e terão acesso a alimentação. A maioria dos cochos encontrados hoje no mercado possui o inconveniente de serem sem cobertura, ou com cobertura precária e escoamento interno difícil, o que leva à dificuldade de consumo do alimento por parte dos bovinos, bem como o empedramento dos suplementos, podendo causar possíveis desbalanceamentos da dieta e intoxicação do rebanho. Outro inconveniente nos cochos atuais é que se tratam de estruturas fixas, que uma vez instaladas, são de difícil remoção. Com o aumento do uso da prática ILP - Integração Lavoura Pecuária, ou seja, ora agricultura, ora pecuária, há a necessidade de se instalar múltiplos cochos em uma mesma propriedade.
