APPLICATION FIELD

[001] A presente patente de modelo de utilidade consiste em uma bolsa dotada de diversos compartimentos, com formato inovador, alça superior e posterior, podendo também ser usada como mochila, ao qual foi dada original disposição construtiva, com vistas a melhorar a sua utilização com mais praticidade e conforto em relação aos outros modelos usualmente encontrados no mercado.[001] This utility model patent consists of a bag with several compartments, with an innovative shape, top and back handle, which can also be used as a backpack, which was given an original constructive arrangement, with a view to improving its use with more practicality and comfort in relation to the other models usually found in the market.

Já são conhecidas bolsas de mão e de ombro com as mais variadas formas, onde invariavelmente a abertura é horizontal, com fechos de zíper, botão, velcro ou qualquer outro tipo de fecho. [009] Outro documento encontrado é o de n. ° MU 9001165-1 - “BOLSA ORGANIZADORA”, refere-se o presente modelo ao campo técnico de bolsas em geral, mais especificamente a uma bolsa organizadora removível e transferível, desenvolvida para se adaptar e fixar ao interior de qualquer bolsa, com objetivo de acomodar e transferir os pertences e objetos (como: chaves, cadeira, celular, batom, moedas, papéis, escova, entre outros), de uma bolsa para outra, com extrema facilidade e rapidez. [011] Tendo em vista essas limitações e no propósito de superá-las, o inventor, pessoa ligada ao ramo, com notório conhecimento setorial, criou e desenvolveu o objeto do presente pedido de patente, intitulado “DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA APLICADA EM BOLSA”, o qual idealiza um modelo de bolsa dotada de diversos compartimentos, com alça superior e posterior, proporcionando ao usuário a opção de utiliza-la de acordo com a sua necessidade, como mochila ou como bolsa de mão.[011] In view of these limitations and with the aim of overcoming them, the inventor, a person connected to the field, with notorious sectorial knowledge, created and developed the object of the present patent application, entitled “CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT APPLIED IN BAG”, the which idealizes a bag model equipped with several compartments, with a top and back handle, giving the user the option of using it according to their needs, as a backpack or as a handbag.
