Description

[001] Refere-se a presente patente à caixas térmicas em geral, mais especificamente a uma caixa térmica descartável que, de acordo com as suas características gerais, possui como princípio básico propiciar a formação de uma caixa térmica em estrutura própria e específica do tipo montável/desmontável e baseada em uma caixa externa estruturante do conjunto e uma caixa interna acondicionadora dos produtos, com vistas a possibilitar de forma extremamente prática, segura e precisa uma completa otimização nos procedimentos de gelar ou manter gelado alimentos e bebidas em geral, aliado a excelente ergonomia e capacidade e baseada no conceito de ecologicamente correta e, tendo como base, uma caixa térmica com grande resistência, segurança e versatilidade.[001] This patent refers to thermal boxes in general, more specifically to a disposable thermal box which, according to its general characteristics, has as a basic principle to provide the formation of a thermal box in its own and specific structure of the type mountable/detachable and based on an external box that structures the set and an internal box that stores the products, with a view to enabling, in an extremely practical, safe and precise way, a complete optimization in the procedures of freezing or keeping food and beverages in general cold, combined with excellent ergonomics and capacity and based on the concept of ecologically correct and, based on a thermal box with great resistance, safety and versatility.

[003] Atualmente, as caixas térmicas amplamente conhecidas pelo atual estado da técnica e empregadas para acondicionamento de alimentos e bebidas em geral, de modo a possibilitar que as mesmas sejam geladas ou se mantenham geladas, são baseadas em simples caixas de isopor ou de fibra de vidro dos mais diversos tamanhos e formatos. Concepção esta que garante uma caixa térmica de grande eficiência, funcionalidade, resistência, durabilidade, segurança, versatilidade, economia, higiene e ergonomia em razão das excelentes qualidades técnicas agregadas, o que proporciona vantagens e melhoras nos procedimentos de gelar, manter gelado ou refrigerar alimentos e bebidas nos mais diversos locais e, cujas características gerais, diferem das demais formas e modelos amplamente conhecidos pelo atual estado da técnica.[004] The patent in question is characterized by bringing together components and processes in a differentiated design, which will meet the various requirements that the nature of use demands, that is, freezing or keeping food and drinks cold. [005] Em uma ampla análise da literatura com o intuito de se estabelecer o estado da técnica vigente frente a caixas térmicas em geral, objeto da presente patente, não foram descritos documentos relevantes ao estado da técnica que relacionem o objeto específico reivindicado na presente patente, ou seja, uma caixa térmica do tipo montável/desmontável para gelar ou manter gelado alimentos e bebidas nos mais diversos locais.[005] In a broad analysis of the literature in order to establish the current state of the art in relation to coolers in general, object of the present patent, no documents relevant to the state of the art were described that relate the specific object claimed in the present patent , that is, a thermal box of the mountable/detachable type to freeze or keep food and drinks cold in the most diverse places.

[007] A presente patente consiste no emprego de uma moderna, eficiente, segura e funcional caixa térmica descartável formada por um conjunto de soluções físico- químicas e alimentícias corretamente incorporadas, compondo uma caixa térmica completa e diferenciada com design exclusivo, detalhes de ótimo acabamento e características próprias, que incorpora estrutura própria e específica do descartável e montável/desmontável, de elevada durabilidade e resistência, formato paralelepipedal e contendo perfeitamente integrados e simetricamente dispostos entre si uma caixa externa como elemento de estruturação da caixa térmica e uma caixa interna como elemento de acondicionamento e manutenção da temperatura interna da caixa térmica, de modo a viabilizar a formação de um conjunto único, completo e seguro, cujas formas e disposições internas e externas possibilitam a perfeita adaptação aos mais diversos tipos de alimentos e bebidas em geral, sendo especialmente projetado para estes fins com geometria própria.[007] The present patent consists of the use of a modern, efficient, safe and functional disposable thermal box formed by a set of physicochemical and food solutions correctly incorporated, composing a complete and differentiated thermal box with exclusive design, details of excellent finishing and its own characteristics, which incorporates its own and specific structure of the disposable and mountable/dismountable, of high durability and resistance, parallelepiped shape and containing perfectly integrated and symmetrically arranged among themselves an external box as a structuring element of the thermal box and an internal box as an element of packaging and maintenance of the internal temperature of the thermal box, in order to make possible the formation of a single, complete and safe set, whose shapes and internal and external dispositions allow the perfect adaptation to the most diverse types of food and drinks in general, being especially designed for these purposes with geome own triad.

Claims

"DISPOSABLE THERMAL BOX", in which said thermal box (1) incorporates a disposable and mountable/detachable structure, parallelepiped and containing integrated and symmetrically arranged external box (2) creased parallelepiped of the folding type, arranged vertically and symmetrically along the entire length of the outer part of the cooler box (1) and having an upper opening (2A) rectangular and disposed horizontally, parallel and symmetrically along the entire length of the upper face of the outer box (2), two lower narrow ends opposite right-angled fittings (2B) and two opposite lower ends of acute fitting angles (2C); and characterized by a parallelepiped inner box (3) with central grooves (3B) of the folding type, arranged vertically, parallel and symmetrically fitted along the entire length of the inner part of the outer box (2), by its upper opening (2A) , and having an upper opening (3A) rectangular and arranged horizontally, parallel and symmetrically along the entire length of the upper face of the inner box (3); wherein said outer box (2) and said inner box (3) are mutually independent parts.
