1. INTRODUCTION

001 This Utility Model Patent specification report concerns the Mountable and Dismountable Base with Height Regulation for Raised Floors, hereinafter referred to as the Floor Base, which is preferably manufactured in treated and formed carbon steel tubular profiles by base, crosspiece and fixing and locking coupling, and the base consists of support, adjustable pin with shoe, threading plate and adjustment screw, highlighting that when in use, four bases and four crosspieces are used to form a module.

2. - APPLICATION FIELD

002 The field of application of this Flooring Base, as its name indicates, is the field of devices or accessories for installing bases for raised floors, more specifically bases for assembly and installation of raised floors necessary to support stands or display modules at fairs commercial and similar.

3. - PURPOSES

003 Among the main purposes of this Base for Floors, we must highlight the introduction of two basic components, as well as the way of assembly, which aim to grant more security for the users, besides facilitating the transport and the ease of coupling and fixing the different modules .

4. - STATE OF TECHNIQUE

004 As is generally known among technicians in the area, as well as consumers in general, today there are several types of supports or pedestals for raised floors, which have the same purpose, to serve as support for the installation of stands.

005 The above is perfectly said due to the documents found in the state of the art, prevailing for purposes of

006 In this way and aiming at placing on the market a product endowed with its own technical characteristics of development, previous researches, in Classification E04F 15/024, were carried out with the INPI Database and the following processes were found:

- Internal plate provided with a threaded hole for insertion and screwing of the adjustable pin or height regulating pin;

- Internal screw for locking the height regulating pin;

- Fixing coupling presented in two constructive forms, fixed or removable;

7. - DESCRIPTION OF THE MODEL

012 It is also worth mentioning the availability of an internal screw (8), which will serve to lock the regulating pin at the desired height depending on the leveling of the floor.

013 When assembling a module, fixing couplings (4) are used, which can be fixed to the crosspiece (3) or the support (2) of the base, as well as they can also be removable.

014 Finally, it is necessary to emphasize that the sleepers are provided with rounded longitudinal corners (12) to avoid possible injuries to the hands of the workers in charge of assembling / disassembling the modules.

015 It is verified by everything that has been described and illustrated that it is a Mountable and Dismountable Base with Height Regulation for Raised Floors ,, (1), which fits perfectly within the rules that govern the Utility Model Patent , and must fill an important gap in the market, deserving in function of what has been described and illustrated and, as a consequence, the privilege requested.
